I liked everything except the hotels in London and Paris the hotel in Italy was better, London hotel had no air conditioning and it was so bad and it surprised me it wasn’t in the description and was very small, I’m totally not satisfied and I’m asking for refund for the worthless hotel.

The Perfect Company for an Ireland Adventure

This was our first time booking with Great Value Vacations and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! Everything was thoughtfully planned and organized, and the entire trip went so smoothly. The hotels they arranged were fantastic, and we couldn’t have been happier with how everything came together. We added on several of the optional excursions and they were all fantastic. What really stood out was their customer service. When our flight was unexpectedly diverted and we had to spend a night in New York, they were incredibly quick to respond and went above and beyond to help us get everything sorted out with the rental car company and hotel for that night. Knowing we had someone we could reach when unexpected problems came up gave us tremendous peace of mind while traveling. We highly recommend this company to anyone planning a trip to Ireland. They made the entire experience easy, enjoyable, and truly memorable!

We have taken seven amazing vacations…

We have taken seven amazing vacations with Great Value Vacations and had a small hiccup with last Sicily Italy vacation. Just booked our next trip to Thailand. They do all the work so you don’t have to. We just look for all the extra excursions we want to do. Give them a try and see all the adventures you can take. Do your research and if there is a rental car involved make sure the driver is listed as the 1st person traveling.

The Crown Plaza is a 2 star Hotel, the employees are not friendly and the Furniture is dated .

Great Overall Experience

We recently completed the Copenhagen, Oslo, and Stockholm package. We could not have been happier with the experience. Initially, we could not believe the price of the package considering that it included several flights and accommodations in cities that are not known for being inexpensive. We did spend a little extra for the more Central hotels but the difference was nominal and the improvement in location was well worth it. We didn't experience a single issue with bookings with the airline or hotels. I have used Great Value on numerous occasions and have typically had very good experiences. I would not hesitate to book through them again. The only gripe we had is that all three hotels were listed by GVV as having air conditioning but actually only one had it.

The price of this package was well worth the price.

The price of this package was well worth the money as it included all our flights and hotel. The location of the hotels were appreciated as they were a couple blocks from the central train stations as well as other highlights of the cities. The communication from Great Value was excellent. Updates and documents were received well ahead of time, accessible, and written in an easy format.

Took the stress out of traveling. Very easy to use the app. Easy to contact the company if you have questions would definitely recommend it.

Everything went so smoothly

Everything went so smoothly. Not a single problem with any aspect of the trip. Weather was bad for the Cliffs of Moher but you cant fault anyone for th that.

The tickets and vouchers worked very seamlessly and easy to follow itinerary. Unfortunately, one of the hotels had issues with ants in our room and I ended up just getting bug spray to take care of it myself.

Customer service was excellent

Customer service was excellent. Proactively contacted me for a better flight when my original one booked was changed by the airline. No hassle refund received when a tour operator canceled one of our guided tours unexpectedly. Check was in my mailbox before I was home from the trip.

Amazing trip to Ireland

From start to finish this was an amazing trip. All of the hotels were fabulous! We got to see the things we wanted to see, we were comfortable, and everyone enjoyed themselves.

Unbeatable deal

The price and all of the travel and accommodations were just unbeatable. The resort was beautiful and the staff was so friendly. I took a star off for the return flight, I think if you are making people buy 2 tickets they should be sitting together for the flight and for some reason that wasn't the case on the way back. I do think that is something that should be fixed. Since this seems to be a problem with the airlines I went ahead and updated it to 5 stars.

We went to a 3nights 4 days vacation…

We went to a 3nights 4 days vacation celebrating our anniversary and the resort we went to was fantastic. It was all inclusive and our swim up suite was amazing. The only nerve wrecking was the last day, Nexus Tour who is taking us to the airport was late for an hour. We thought we will miss our flight.

Italy in July is not a good idea

Venice was wonderful and the accommodations were conveniently near the train station. Florence was great and the pop up apartment was nice but not close to restaurants or shopping. Rome was so so. The B&B was not convenient to restaurants or shopping and the cab fares were high. The Vatican was amazing. I would not recommend this trip in July. The temperature was 97-100 degrees and very uncomfortable. Our flight from Rome to Ireland was late and we missed our connecting flight. I could not check-in on line which also caused delays.

Package was reasonably priced

Package was reasonably priced, and it was nice having all transport and lodging arranged for us. 2/3 hotels were in good locations close to main sightseeing areas, but the Paris hotel was further away, which made getting around less convenient. Flights each way had very long layovers in Toronto and Montreal, respectively (4+ hours). Eurostar train trip from London to Paris was booked for 8am. It would’ve been nicer if it was later in the day because we had to be at the train station at 6:45am. The hotels were fine except London hotel did not have AC.
