I firmly believe this is more of a scam. Emails sent to customer service gets no replies. I made a very fair offer on a 77” LG TV and received 1 offer for $200 more than my offer. Greentoe kept emailing me to accept the offer. The offer was $200 below normal retail. I could buy the same TV from Costco for $300 less with a 5 year warranty worth $400! After reading several reviews which I should have done before signing up with Greentoe, people were saying that they’re a scam. I learned to change my offer to $1 would get me out of a commitment. Problem now is I cannot get them to respond in deleting my personal and financial information. I don’t trust this company! If a customer wants to discontinue Greentoes service there is no place on the app to opt out. I tried calling them and couldn’t get through. Any company that makes it difficult to opt out I cannot trust. The reviews online pretty much tells the whole story. My bud was a fair bid and I only received 1 offer. I get an email from agree toe asking why I didn’t accept the offer. I gave an explanation but got no response. I ended up purchasing the same TV at another retailer for less than the offer I had on Greentoe plus I got a 5 year warranty included in the price. Greentoe claims they have the lowest price with multiple retailers. I disagree. Receiving 1 offer to me was enough to want to go elsewhere! I believe they are in partnership with the retailers!

I received the product on time the product was good and original , the customer service is also quiet prompt, overall I am satisfied with the service and the product I purchased and the price I was offered by Greentoe
Would leave zero if I could
Would leave zero if I could. They are very misleading. Say they will price match then pass the buck with zero responsibility taken. Order was cancelled by their system 2 times for no reason. When order finally went through I found the exact same item at Walmart for $300 cheaper. Scheduled delivery from greentoe and they never called and never showed. They showed up 3 days later, no apologies. They will not price match and want a ton of money to return the tv forcing you to keep the expensive one. Tv is still in the box unused. I dont even want it anymore bc of whats gone on. Greentoe should be ashamed. Poor business model with zero accountability. So god forbid you have an issue before or after you have finally received the product. Really sucks bc I really wanted to like them and the idea of their process.
INACTION LEADS TO DELAY
Three days after being accepted and order being in process, Greentoe nor merchant have not notified me that credit card company has not approved the charge! Three days passed and item hasn't shipped as 1-2 days ship claim! Dissatisfied that I can't put together the other audio equipment without the item being not shipped on time due to their inaction! On top of that, merchant shipped UPS ground that took over a week! Also BofA credit card always blocks charges without notification! All these playing together left me unsatisfied 😡

I have been waiting four days for my Sony TV as it rides around on a local Fed Ex truck to be delivered. Greentoe has not responded to me and the seller has been no help except to suggest I drive to Fed Ex to pick it up. Fed Ex distribution center is 20 miles from my house and I drive a sports car not a truck, besides I paid for delivery to my house. It is 6/15/25 and no new TV for my Birthday but I saved 2 to 3 hundred dollars for the hassle. WOW!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Now it is September and Greentoe is trying to get my review removed. They do not understand what my problem was. My problem was that after riding around Atlanta for days on FedEx truck Greentoe finally did a address correction. Their "correction" sent my $3000 TV to Arizona!!! Yes they put in the wrong address correction. People do not ever use this company. I had the TV taken off my credit card which took for ever and bought it from Sony directly.

Bought a LG C4 77 inch that lasted 3 months before it needed to be repaired. The whole process took 24 days to check, order and replace the panel. The money I saved, I spent on entertainment outside my house. I was shipped an early model that should have been recalled as the panel was defective and discontinued. DON’T DO IT!!! Go to an authorized dealer/legitimate store!!!
Great company to work with.
Price was great, significant savings over all other authorized retailers. I have bought 4 lenses through Greentoe, no problems with any of the transactions. In one case the retailer forgot to include a sales receipt for the lens but a quick phone call directly to the retailer resolved that in minutes. All items registered for warranty without a hitch. No complaints about the service.
I had a good experience with Greentoe
I had a good experience with Greentoe. I recently purchased a large OLED tv through Greentoe. I offered a price which was counter offered with a very reasonable price that I accepted. Payment was processed the next day and shipping started the day after. The shipping company called and set a delivery date a day or two later which arrived on time and in excellent condition. I’d imagine returns would be awkward for repacking if there was an issue, but there was none in my experience.

So far I have purchased two products directly from Greentoe, one a lens and another a cinema line camera and both were brand new and were purchased at great prices. If you're looking for affordable products from trusted retailers, greentoe's the way! In both my experiences products were purchased and received within 3-4 days. Highly recommend!

Greentoe exceeded my expectations. I was iskeptical at first about buying a watch through Greentoe. Customer service quickly answered questions and I took a chance. The transaction couldn’t have been smoother. Informative communications from Greentoe and the vendor kept me up to date on the process and shipping was fast. I just bought 2 TV's through Greentoe. LG OLED's. One was a bit slow to arrive, the other arrived much sooner that expected. Best price. I would (and have) recommend them. Good communication.
Great experience
Great experience. Everything worked exactly the way you hope it would. I was able connect with the seller quickly after agreeing to the discounted price. My TV was delivered in a factory sealed box the day they said it would be. The TV shows no operating hours and is truly brand new. I will always start my search here in the future.
GreenToe is Exceptional!
GreenToe was excellent when I purchased the 77" TV two weeks ago for a great price same price. The email communications/status from GreenToe from the time the order was placed and accepted until the TV was hanging on my wall was exceptional. An excellent shipping company brought it to my home and they were two hours early from their scheduled three hour delivery window which was a first for any delivery company I've ever dealt with since most being two hours late.....and I'll be darn if the communication from the delivery company was excellent too with a call a couple of days before to set up the time and another call the day of delivery saying the were 30 minutes out. All in all a great buying experience and the picture and sound on the TV is beautiful.

Accepted an offer a week ago no updates
Accepted an offer a week ago. Order has been showing pricessing for a week. For last 4 days Ive sent 3 emails asking foe an update or cancellation and get no replies. Regretting I gave any personal info to this company and will be checking credit repirt to make sure nothing funny happens, as from what im seeing they do not conduct business as a reputable company. Hopefully they are just very disorganized and I can walk away unscathed.

It's true! Greentoe finds and negotiates with retailers willing to sell products well below MSRP. They got me a new Sony A95L 77" TV with the 1-yr warranty that ordinarily retails for nearly $5000 for $4,125, tax and shipping included. Given that California sales tax runs near 10%, the adjusted pre-tax price was about $3,800, for a 25% savings. The process itself is a bit unnerving because they will not reveal the name of the seller until you make the purchase. But I swallowed my concerns, made the deal, and was very pleased.

I purchased my first item on Greentoe a week ago. I is a Sony 77” tv. Placed an offer and it was accepted in a couple minutes. Payment was easy and received the Tv a week later. I must admit, I was skeptical at first but I can say without a doubt this site is awesome. Simple as making an offer. I now going to bid on a sound system for the tv. Highly recommended
Seamless ordering and delivery
The purchasing and delivery experience with Greentoe and the receipt of our new TV was excellent! We were unfamiliar with the company and a little hesitant at first, but the communication was outstanding. We received exactly the LG TV we had ordered at an amazing price, with no problems.
