The reason it gets any positive rating is because they truly do keep your money safe, and that's a huge benefit. But the support is incredibly slow, I purchased a pc on Aug 13, and I wasn't even issued a refund on a doa pc until today September 1 (partially due to the seller, partially due to jawa) on top of it taking 3 weeks to get my issues fixed, jawa does not let you leave reviews after a refund has been processed. Which in a way voids any possibility of any given seller to have negative reviews at all, which is scummy in itself. I did not leave one any earlier because I was worried the seller would retaliate and try to keep me away from my refund after all the bs they pulled AVOID 73PEAC'S they sat and lied to me day after day they would ship it out, the pc arrived with screws loose all around the case, and was doa out of box anyways when i got everything plugged back in. They then ignored jawa support when they asked him for a return label causing this to go on for an entire extra week. Overall very poor experience, I do not recommend this seller by any means, nor this website unless you absolutely have to buy used, I just wouldn't risk it.
I've been using Jawa for over a year, and it's been an overall incredible experience, it helped me grow my small business tremendously, and I honestly couldn't ask for more. Pros: • Very User friendly weather your buying or selling • The Stripe integration is amazing, I love it • The Customer support is next level, thanks Ryan! Cons: • The site does experience bugs but gets frequent updates • The Order cancellation and refund process needs attention, right now you have to go through customer support, and while their support typically responds within the same day, it can be overall time consuming. I purchased a 3070 FTW Ultra on Jawa and I was pleasantly surprised. The card was pristine except for the smallest cosmetic scratch. There was still even plastic wrap over the fans and parts of the shroud. The price was really good ($240 total including shipping and tax). This was much better than any online marketplace or reseller. The card worked perfectly and if it didn’t I could get a refund within 3 days of the card arriving. Really great experience overall.

I ordered one computer, it came in damaged. I was refunded my money but the seller wasn’t happy because I refused to spend my gas money to return it. I told them to have FedEx pick it up because they were filing a claim with the carrier’s insurance. Later the same day, I bought another computer. This one was never dropped off to the USPS location 4 hrs from my home. It took WAY too LONG for Jawa to refund me for the broken one and for them to admit the second seller never shipped my item. I had to bug them for 3 days to get my money back.

Go to an eBay or something. No buyer protection. The “support” is terrible. They don’t care about the customer.
I have bought from jawa many many times only ever had 1 issues which took a while to resolve because the support told me and the seller to come to a resolution and the seller wouldn't respond so the ticket got closed eventually I opened a new ticket describing the solution in despair thinking there was no chance of getting my money back but almost immediately I got refunded with no further questions
