I just added Guardio to my and my husbandʼs devices. It was so easy and the cost for this extra protection is reassuring and within my budget. The customer service “chat” was awesome. Guardio responds quickly and answered all my quedtions. I would totally recommend Guardio for extra protection against otherd trying to constantly get what is not theirs!

They monitor my phone 24/7. It is amazing how many times dangerous sites attempt to get through but are successfully blocked by Guardio. I feel much safer with Guardio protection.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! If I could give fewer than one star I would. I downloaded this yesterday and it completely screwed up the look of my phone. I couldn't find anything. My CGM app was gone (and I rely on that for living). So when I try to uninstall--no joy. Couldn't find the app. I searched multiple ways--no joy. I sent a email to support@guard(dot)io and got back the equivalent of an "I don't know" reply and a vague reference to kicking my request elsewhere. This morning I get an email that tells me to do the same as the guard.io site, again no joy. Finally I had to factory reset my phone. I understand the parent company is in Isreal, and I would gladly do what I can to support Isreali businesses, but not this one. DOWNLOAD AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I cancelled my subscription immediately after paying for it on June 15th, 2026. They acknowledged my cancellation but have not refunded my $183.00 yet as of July 28, 2026. I was also charged for cancelling, this charge has been reimbursed. I cancelled because I got the impression they were just ‘grabbing’ money. I am very sure I was correct!

Even though I had to explain what I had already done, then try somethings again, and explain the results Guardio's representative Taylor managed to get across to me and write me through what steps to do next. Considering I was loosing patience and having trouble seeing and am not too too tech savvy, I found her assistance excellent!
