Used Bostonscally.com photos for the pumpkin pie cap that they offer. Came in today and the print doesn't even match. It's a poor pathetic excuse of a company. Stayyyyyyy far far away and your probably better off reporting your CC stolen because of how shady this company is.
Someone Should Notify Stetson!!!
Someone should notify Stetson that this company is ripping off their website. Hatsfashion.com posts, "Our bestselling Skyline 30X is the ultimate cowboy hat...The Skyline is handmade with pride in the USA." The photos on their website of the Skyline 7242 6x Cowboy Hat come straight from the Stetson website. I bought one, thinking maybe this company bought "factory seconds" or "irregulars" at a reduced price and was reselling them. However, as I wait for my hat to arrive, the tracking shows it's coming out of China. Not only is the claim (as promoted by the photos) that it's a Stetson Skyline 7240 false, but the claim that it's "handmade in the USA" is false as well.

DON’T DO IT! Way too overpriced for a subpar product. Hats look nothing like online. Paying almost $80 for 4 of these, should be illegal!
This place is horrible
This place is horrible. My hats look nothing like what was advertised on their web site. Then they tell me to return them, my only option is to take 10% of my order as a refund because it’ll cost me more to ship the hats back than what I’ll get back in a full refund. This place sucks do not order from them.

Terrible company. Hat came after 17 days in bad shape. The hat was a joke, bad materials, not the correct size for an XL as ordered. Returning it is very expensive. Do not do business with them.

How about packing your merchandise properly? Seems to me your products are fine, but you treat and pack your items like garbage. A nice, affordable item destroyed by poor packaging. 50 US$ in the bin last night. Promised to include a small gift, however that must be the box it came in.

wrong color and crushed advertised as hemp it was plastic. returns have to be sent to China. I was offered just 10% refund for a hat that was the wrong color, the wrong material and crushed. this place sells junk. Stay away!!!

I ordered an 8 panel wool scally hat. They sent a hat that looked nothing like what I ordered and it was a completely different color, pattern and style. It was cheaply made.

I would give a negative rating if possible. I ordered a hat from this company. They sent me the wrong hat. This hat was totally not what I requested. Really I hated this hat. Through email, back and forth they refused to replace the hat. I could return it for a refund but I would have to pay shipping. They would reduce the price by 25% after many emails. They also told me I could throw it away if I wanted to still with tops 25% refund. I strongly recommend that NO ONE ever buy from this company. They are very dishonest people. They claim customer satisfaction is their goal, however due to my experience they do not give a damn about customers. One very important note is what they claim to sell. In the communication I had with them the agent told me they sent a similar product to me because when he checked the factory they were not going to make the hat I ordered. So, the website and everything advertised the hat I ordered as hand made in Ecuador since it was a Panama hat. They are selling forged, fake hats claiming them to be authentic. In conclusion this company and its employees are thieves. Do not spend one cent for their products.
I Haven't Got a Hat
Took an entire month to wait. Made a lot of inquiries and was sent invalid tracking numbers. Requested a full refund, but they stalled. Finally reported this to my bank, showed them the order and received credit back. Finally, the "order" arrived, but it was the WRONG COLOR AND STYLE!!
