I needed a specific bat in a hurry and the manufacturer didn't have it and cancelled my order twice. I placed an order and got 1 day shipping and the bat came earlier than I expected which was a pleasant surprise. Based on this experience I will simply order all of my daughters gear from HB!!!

I have not received my order yet. I paid extra for shipping for a 2 day air delivery to have my order for an event and I didn’t receive it on time as I’m still waiting to get it. I’m hoping I get a refund for my shipping whenever my order comes in. I have also purchased a shipping insurance I’m not sure if that covers anything due to this situation.

Headbangers is the way to go
Headbangers has always been my go to when it comes to softball equipment/gear. Only time I’m not using headbangers is it’s a company exclusive for that specific which is obvious out of there control. Customer service has always been a pleasure to deal with, whether it’s advice or help with a purchase.
