As soon as you walk in all the employees treat you like family. Prices are similar to all the other stores but the customer service is the reason you go back.
Signature
If I’m wrong, I apologize. But should be in bold type you need to sign for the delivery

Good afternoon, We’re sorry to hear that you were upset about a signature being required for your delivery. While we do not require a signature on every order, we may do so for certain deliveries; including in your case, apartment complexes, to help ensure the package is delivered safely to the correct customer. Unfortunately, apartment complex deliveries can often lead to lost or misdelivered packages, so this is an added step we take to help protect both the customer and the order. When we ship an item out with a Signature Required, it is shown on your tracking information. We will do our best to make this easier in the future for customers. It does appear that the bat was delivered safely and is now in your possession. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding. Thank you, Headbanger Sports

Same mystery gloves as last time
Same mystery gloves as last time. Disappointing. Guess they are all the same.

Good morning Tanya, We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your order. As stated in the product description, this item is sold as a mystery batting glove, and the selection is chosen at random. Because of that, there is always a chance that multiple pairs may be the same style, especially when ordering the same size. We understand that may not have been the outcome you were hoping for, but the item was fulfilled according to the mystery product listing. If you are unhappy with the selection, you are welcome to send the gloves back for a refund as long as they are still brand new, unused, and in the same condition they were received. Thank you, Headbanger Sports
