Would rate 0 stars if I could. They informed me that my booked time was unavailable and cancelled my tickets to the colosseum. Then proceeded to tell me I still could not get a refund even though THEY cancelled my tickets. Terrible service.

To clarify, your original 10:15 AM timeslot was no longer available, so alternate options were shared with you. You then selected the 12:30 PM timeslot, and your updated tickets for 12:30 PM have already been issued and sent to you. Your booking is still confirmed for the new timeslot. I understand how the cancellation message for the original slot may have made it seem like the entire booking had been cancelled, especially when you were then told a refund could not be processed. I’m sorry this was not explained clearly during your chat with us. A confirmation email with the updated ticket details has been sent again for your reference. This experience was fantastic! Our tour guide was Bob. He was very knowledgeable and helped make it a fun time for all of us. The boat ride into the Falls was amazing! The Falls are majestic and I would highly recommend everyone go see them!

It was a great experience... Marco, our tour guide was exceptional... very knowledgeable, constantly asking everyone is we had any questions. He answered all the questions and even went beyond than a simple answer. The way he was explaining every topic was very clear and definitely catching our attention... very dynamic tour experience thanks to him!!

Easy booking but complicated receipt…
The issue explained below was solved in an accurate way and I am now satisfied. "Easy booking but complicated receipt and tickets because I needed to download their app that failed (by reasons I dont understand) to get the tickets and receipt. Very frustrating because I paid full for four adults entrance to Copenhagen Tivoli. When I came to the ticket office I could only show that I had ordered and paid for the tickets but didn´t have the tickets to get in. I had to pay for the tickets again. Headout didn´t take responsibility for the BAD routine and refused to return the money for a service I never used".

I can confirm that the tickets for your Headout booking were delivered as promised before your visit and were valid for entry. However, I understand that you were unable to access them through the app when you needed them, and showing only the booking/payment confirmation at the entrance was not enough for admission. Considering the inconvenience and the duplicate payment you had to make at the venue, we have issued a refund as a one-time exception. The refund will be returned to your original payment method, and a confirmation email with all details has been sent. Booked Underground Colesseum tour with Headout & Lets see Italy. They cancelled the booking within 6 days of the trip via whats app! No apologies no Lternatives just cancelled. I would not recommend using this company.

Phenomenal Show!!
Phenomenal Show!!! MUST SEE!!! Everything about the show from the performers to the sound and lighting... This show was a treat for all the senses. Standing ovation and huge well done to all involved from performers to behind the scenes. All involved have created one of the best theatre shows I've seen. 5* would definitely recommend!

We went to see The Devil Wears Prada with our teenage daughters, and we were all absolutely blown away! The girls both said it was the best musical they’ve ever seen. It was modern, stylish, incredibly funny, and full of energy from start to finish. The cast was outstanding, the music was fantastic, and the whole production was exciting, entertaining, and completely captivating. We laughed so much and enjoyed every single minute. A truly unforgettable show that we would recommend to everyone!
