Book at your own risk
I used their booking system for breakfast at Sky Gardens … I picked a date and the confirmation verified a date the following week… I contacted Headout immediately and machine updates only … I asked to change my date with no success they won’t exchange dates or cancel at all … what a rip off … do not book with them if u want to loose money. Booking process and automated customer service is rotten

We checked with our local partner to see if an exception could be made to amend your booking to your preferred date. Unfortunately, they were unable to approve the request, and your booking will remain valid for the original date selected at the time of booking. Although we were unable to secure the exception, we've added an additional 25% in Headout Credits on top of the 25% already issued, bringing your total to 50% in Headout Credits (USD 42.56). These credits can be used towards any future booking on Headout. Do not use this company. Unbelievable, I am at the venue and have to wait 2 hours for the tickets. Zero stars. Service is crap.

Fantastic Experience
Beautiful theater, amazing cast, amazing seats and incredible theater staff made for a very enjoyable theater experience. Les Miserable is an incredible production and a can't miss experience.
Dolphins and adventure cove
The adventure cove was amazing as always great rides great wave pool but the experience of being able to spend time with dolphins is unbelievable. It was one of the coolest things I have ever done.
Absolutely amazing experience
Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! Derayu my driver was fantastic — incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the entire trip. He made sure we were comfortable, kept everything running smoothly, and got us to each destination with plenty of time to enjoy the experience without feeling rushed. His positive attitude, helpfulness, and care throughout the day really made the experience even better. The mountain hike was definitely a challenge — a very tough climb that tested us, but completely worth it once we reached the top. The tour guide was wonderful, patient, and encouraging, setting a good pace and slowing down when needed while making sure everyone had plenty of breaks along the way. For anyone struggling with the climb, there is also a 350k option halfway up where you can get a bike ride for the remainder of the way. The views from the top of the mountain were absolutely incredible and made the hard work worthwhile. The hot springs were a relaxing way to unwind afterwards (although they were quite busy), and the coffee tasting was another highlight. There were plenty of delicious options to try, and the beautiful views made it an unforgettable experience. Overall, an amazing tour with a fantastic team. Highly recommend this experience — especially thanks to our amazing driver who went above and beyond to make the day run perfectly!
SCAM do not use
Frustrated that this website is even in existence. Accidentally booked tickets for two attractions in Portugal only to never receive tickets and find out this is not the legit site and is way more expensive than the real attraction tickets. This is a SCAM. Edit to add booking numbers 5919330413 and 33057169.
