I ordered 3 acrylic sweaters on Instagram. I think the company is called Heapbulb. Unfortunately, it is so hard to track as they want to confuse the consumer. It took 2 months for the product to arrive.It was not what I thought I had purchased & I have requested a refund. I am totally getting the run around from someone in China. If I thought I was ordering from China, I would never have ordered them. They used PayPal. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON INSTAGRAM!!!!

This is about another delivery I received two days ago--the parcel was left at my door, but was put right in front of the door, I had trouble opening the door to get the parcel. Please notify your delivery personnel not to leave the parcels in front of doors. There was plenty of room to leave it next to the door. Thank you!

The two dresses were different from pictures. A Medium was a very large "bag-like" creation that went down almost to my ankles although I am average height 5'5". Very disappointed. I won't wear these unless I pay a lot for major alterations.

The moving bags are good quality and I'm sure they would have been useful in my move, but they took forever to arrive and I had already moved. Because of how long it took, I imagine they came from some distant shores and there's no way to return them. They will sit in my garage, unused, until they end up in a landfill, making them a waste of money and space. Don't order them unless you're moving in more than a month or two!
I have been wearing my new bra that I purchased from your company all day now and I am happy the fit and comfort. The only thing as I mentioned earlier was the length of time it took my order to come. That was the only issue.

Absolutely horrible!!! Don’t do it! My outfit took over a month to get to me even when I paid for expedited shipping. Tracking info they sent was absolutely no help and neither was customer service. When I did finally receive my item, the color was supposed to be maroon and it was bright red instead. I’m currently trying to get a refund. Let’s see how that goes. Ugh
I followed their measuring chart specifically and it didn’t work. They are way too big, and they don’t seem to explain how to return it anywhere or even if they will return them..… if this is the actual company who was in charge of sending me my two bras please email me how to return them. But with all that being said, there are very nice and soft and lovely and I wish it did fit. so I would like to exchange them as the size chart said 4x … but Clearly the ones I need are a 3X thank you.
