It would help if the vendor was honest. Would not allow a return. I simply wanted to change sizes. They said it was not cost effective. They would not return my payment. I paid over $100 and they would only credit me with $20. They are CROOKS!!

I ordered one hat but two showed up on my bill I immediately contacted support to cancel my order it took 2 days for a response saying it already shipped so their cancellation policy is a fraud. When it comes I can ask for refund but shipping to Solvinia is probably expensive. I guess im scamed

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Horrible customer service and almost impossible to resolve any issue with company. Ensure you have a good credit card who will dispute and remove charges for you, because heapbulb will surely not! The support link they provide is a fake link and goes nowhere. My credit card company (Chase) fought the battle for me.

Very Cheaply made
Although they are cute, they are made very cheap. The threads are still hanging on the inside of the tops at the ends of the flag and not even cut off. Additionally, shipping took over 2 1/2 weeks to get which thank goodness I ordered the beginning of June so at least I will have in time for the 4th of July.

I would give Heapbulb zero stars. Total scam. Ordered a product from them and it never arrived. They claimed it was delivered to a “front desk” even though they had my correct home address. Horrible customer service. Do not order from this scam company!!!!!!
The order takes a while to arrive, so if you n your d it in a hurry, it might not arrive on time.
I love the shirts, although they are a little pricey. They are very flattering!
