Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Consumers generally appreciate receiving regular tracking updates during transit and find that shipments arrive safely and properly. Many people also enjoy the great comfort, attractive design, and overall look of the products they purchased online. However, some customers also noted significant delays with shipping, leaving items heavily rumpled or taking months to arrive. Others experienced severe frustration when trying to resolve problems through customer support or attempting to secure proper refunds. A few buyers additionally mentioned that garments arrived in styles or colors that did not match the product descriptions.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.I ordered this a long time before our vacation. We’ve been in Hawaii for 2 weeks and it must be sitting in my house. My neighbors have been bringing in our mail. I haven’t seen it myself to rate if I like it. Service was slow!
I originally ordered 4 items, but only received 1. After several emails explaining my problem, they finally sent the other 3 items. I had a difficult time getting them to understand that I didn’t have a problem with the product, only that they didn’t send the amount I ordered. It was obvious I was not dealing with people who were English-speaking (as their first language).
Beautiful piece of jewelry well made. The company tracking was spot on, the time from order to delivery was longer than I expected, but the item was coming from overseas. I would order from them again.
The necklace is pretty, and the purchase price of item itself was reasonable. What I found absolutely *horrible* was the additional import tariff that was tacked onto the price tag! There was NO DISCLOSURE that the item being sold was shipping from outside the US and would be subject to an import tariff that was almost as much as the purchase price until AFTER my card was charged!!!
It was an easy process for ordering and the delivery was completed in a timely manner.
Stitching is shoddy with many loose threads. Normally I wear XL but this blouse is twice as big as I am! Not impressed. Seems like they don't like returns, either.
This was perfect gift and arrived in a timely manner.
I liked the suntan it gave me but the problem is that it comes off on my bed sheets and my clothes. I scrubbed to get it off and it took two showers with loofah sponges and rough rags to remove it! Color was pretty but my sheets were light green and i could not bleach them. I washed them three times before I removed it. If it stuck to the skin and did not rub off, I would purchase again.
If I could say 0 stars I would. They send items nothing like the picture, if you want to return the item they ignore all emails. If you contact PayPal they protect the seller who uses multiple emails to cover their tracks. They are a complete fraud!!!!! Then to get your money back paypal asks the item be returned to China which costs more than the item!!!! PLEASE NEVER BUY FROM HEAPBULB.COM or you will be very sorry
THIS SITE IS A COMPLETE SCAM. NO PRODUCT SENT. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND. THEY SEND A TRACKING LINK THAT HAS A VIRUS ON IT - DO NOT CLICK ANY LONOS FROM THESE SCAMMERS. RUN FROM TBSI COMPANY
Package and item as described and came surprisingly quickly.
Great product that helps you easily get more organized even with small closets! I am feeling less clutter and more flow with my wardrobe
I’m pleased with the product I purchased. It just took the post office forever to deliver it. I waited about six weeks.
No matter how I adjusted the straps on this bra, they continue to constantly slide off my shoulders. It is useless.
This bra is NOT for large breasted women. I definitely had to remove padded cups because they don't fit. The materials is nice but not enough support.
The smell was pleasant but it doesn't last at all
