Most of the recipes have been tasty however produce sometimes is not the freshest. Company also doesn't remind you a day or so before your order starts processing to change your meals or to finalize your order. If you forget you get what they have already chosen. Also several times items from the order has leaked all in the delivery box. My kids and I enjoy the different options.
Box came a day late and then sat outside all day while I was at work. Ingredients were all warm and unusable. App tried offering me a generic $10 credit. Can’t get in touch with customer service rep for any further assistance. I’ve used HelloFresh for about 2 years but this experience ruined it for me.
I like that the meals are easy to make but I dislike that most of the times is always chicken
Out of 3 orders we finally got 1 th a t we could use. I cut that back to 2 people because the order was always late and thawed out. But this time was the first time it came ok. But didn't have enough for all of us to eat because I cut it back.
HelloFresh is a grocery delivery company. It’s a weekly subscription and they are supposed to bring the ingredients weekly. When my subscription started that first week my order never come and I called them they said that they will give me a credit for the second week but that order never come either so when they charged me for the 3rd week on July 18th I called them so cancel my subscription and refund my money because I never received my order. They still charged me this amount and I never received my order.

Food and recipes were great so far that I’ve tried. But I think the price will get me to quit after the discounts are finished. We will see.
For the most part, we have been happy with HelloFresh. There have been times where we were missing a recipe or missing an ingredient for a recipe in our orders. The last order we received, the meats were all at the bottom of the box with ice on top of them, but no ice under them and they were thawed when we received them. I let HelloFresh know and they made it right. Which I greatly appreciated. We like most of the meals. And try to review them so that we make better choices the next time around.
We had the Homestyle Chicken & Biscuit Pot Pie last night and I was very disappointed in the chicken quality. I've had this dish several times and I've always picked through the chopped up chicken to remove what I would consider bad pieces. It is very time consuming so I decided to cook the chicken just as it came and we got numerous undesirable pieces of chicken. It spoiled the meal for us and we won't order this again.
I like the food and instructions, but sometimes the veggies are wilted and my last order was stolen bc it wasn’t delivered on my porch behind my gate. It was left on the sidewalk.
Lots of delicious recipes and if there is ever an issue it’s always solved and compensated. My only issue is lately the free items haven’t had much variety I miss the chocolate chip muffins
Incomplete boxes lately. No bell pepper this week, missing recipe cards
Paper bags continue to be wet upon arrival. The ice melts and the condensation is making the bags wet. It's inconvenient because I can't keep the meals in the paper bags to store.
I had a terrible experience this week with HelloFresh. I was told my order would arrive Sunday and it was canceled. Then, I was told it would arrive Tuesday. It arrived late on Wednesday and the ice packs were melted. I had to throw the food away. I am very disappointed. You are unreliable.

Food is good, but recipe cards are frequently missing or bent in box. I am forced to look at recipe on my phone app which I don’t like. Many of the vegetables barely make it a week without getting soft or wilted. Other bagged items don’t have expiration dates and they should.
The initial sign up portion was great, simple and straightforward about what you liked and didn’t like. Then once through that and the plan started it was built to be confusing so that you spend more money than you wanted to. This was done on purpose. See ya!
The ground pork dishes have been the best and we only had one bad meal. All the rest have been great, good or just tasty.
Previously in Missouri, everything was great with the orders and timeliness. We really enjoyed HelloFresh. However since we moved to Carlisle Pennsylvania we have had one box never delivered and the follow two orders delayed resulting in some spoiled food. If it happens again, we will have to cancel our subscription.
The recipies that we have made thus far just haven't been that good. The food tasted ok in our opinion but not great. Two a week was too many for us, one a week would have worked out to be a fun thing for us as a couple. Glad we tried it but are going to cancel.
