Box was not packaged well. Only two cold packs included, and both at the bottom. Box sat on the front porch in 95 degree weather all day. I had to throw most of it away and was issued a refund. I stopped HF before because the quality of the produce was getting worse with each box. That's been better this time, but it's really hit or miss.

Missing items
We have missed one meal from the vendor, a recipe card, and a baggie on ingredients so far. We have had mild rot on produce here and there which isn't a big deal however the premium price that we are paying for the meals would lead me to expect better quality. Some packaging is open on arrival as well

Baby sized portions
I didn't expect to receive a large amount of food but wow. I just tried the 2 days for 2 people plan and I am so glad I did that and didn't plan out our entire week. What was sent is not even enough of a portion for a single person let alone two. I cannot believe that this would have regularly been $70+, that's insane!!!!. It's not worth it. Outside of that I also did not like how every 5 seconds we were getting bombarded wanting us to send our friends boxes as well, you need a box to opt out so you're not continuously asking people, it's annoying, my friends do not want this either especially after seeing your portion sizes. Maybe Hello Fresh was a good concept prior to grocery prices going up but it's not now. I feel so sorry for the people who go all in with their families meals not knowing what they are getting into.

Once again I'm missing a recipe card. seems like 2 out of every 3 weeks I'm missing recipe cards. I know they're available on line most of the time (not always), but I order these meals for convenience, I don't want to have to go on line and print up a menu card before I start cooking.

Cooking instructions were missing again. Last 2 times I called about this i was told it won't happen again. Sending to my phone does not work if I have my phone with me at work and my husband is willing to start making the meal.

Confusing discount codes and auto program
The food and delivery were great and no problems there. My issue was I had stopped service and was sent codes to reactive for a significant discount to come back. I took them up on the offer but apparently didn't use the correct code and was charged full price. I brought up my concerns to a customer service person but they blamed me for using the wrong discount code. You will get lots of emails for you to come back, be careful with the multiple plans, packages and emails that get sent to you. They are confusing and felt like I got the "bait and switch" because I was coming back through a discount, which was not given. The support team said there was nothing they could do, which wasn't the right way to handle the situation. So they handled, I would have liked to have come back.

Fresh ingredients, easy instructions, plenty of variety, and always packed well and on time. The meals are very tasty and there’s always enough to fill us up. Highly recommend!

My last box was supposed to be canceled but it wasn't. I don't have the funds for it and didn't select my food options due to that. I'm getting meal options I don't want and won't eat and am completely wasting money that I literally don't have. I tried to get this canceled but was told this was not an option. I tried to see if any meals could be at least be switched out, to which I was also told was not an option.

So far it’s working for us. All 4 meals tried this far have been great. One had a spice that did not agree with both of us, but that was a personal thing. We will post pics and more in depth reviews going forward. The Pesto Chicken Wraps we had last night are a huge favorite. We save each recipe card to make the recipes on our own for larger groups. Loving all of it right now, and my spouse and I are having fun cooking together and making innovative, delicious meals. So we highly recommend Hello Fresh. So convenient to have everything we need. So good!
Was charged for the box and never received it. Apparently there was a "damage issue" and it was returned to the warehouse, but no one reached out to inform me or offer a credit. You just take people's money and don't follow through with the service being paid for. Your customer service team is dismissive and unhelpful. This is not the first time I've had issues, and will likely be cancelling permanently moving forward. Do better.
Love it. But the veggies are often already over ripe and unusable, like squash, spinach, green pepper, etc. Frustrating that we have to toss them right when we are about to cook them. It almost seems you are getting rid of whatever you have that is most ripe.
