Kristine helped me and was very efficient! I have used their capsule presses during a class and recently decided to order 2 (different sizes) capsule presses for myself. My initial review was a 1 star because it took months for my order to come in and then when it did finally arrive it was incorrect. Kristine from the customer support contacted me and offered to make it right. True to her word, she sent me the correct order. It arrived today, which was a week after she contacted me about my complaint. I haven't tried the product itself yet so review on that yet. Thank you Kristine for your help in correcting my order.

This people have no type of customer…
This people have no type of customer service. They have a bot as a customer service the bot tells you 3 minutes and you get nothing they tell you nothing there is no way to contact the company except through messaging no phone number or anything I am so disappointed that I'm going to dispute the charge with my credit card company and they're going to have to keep their product as a business owner myself I do not deal with companies that have no type of customer service.

I was having a little difficulty assembly my capsules. I emailed customer service and Kristine responded the same day. She gave me some tips on assembling and it worked! I was successful in making 100 cayenne filled capsules. I absolutely love my capsule it machine. And I must say Kristine was a huge help to me; she's knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I know if I ever have a problem, I can ask her for help and she'll be there for me. This is great customer service!

WILL NOT RESPOND TO PROBLEMS
Well when I started using this company, they were great. I've gotten several shipments from them for capsules. The capsules are now OVAL, NOT ROUND. It's a huge problem. They don't work in the machine, they break and it's costing me money. Herb Affair doesn't care I guess. I have written to them so many many many times. I hate being ignored, And that's what they're doing unless I'm giving them money. Beware if you have any issues, customer service will not respond. I have a subscription with them, but I'm thinking of canceling which I don't want to do. THEY'RE A GOOD COMPANY UNTIL YOU HAVE A PROBLEM. Maybe they've just gotten too big. Sad . (Trust Pilot wants a date. N/A It's months and months and months. )
