I've been using HeyGen extensively to create educational videos, and it has completely changed the way I produce online courses. The avatars look professional, the voice quality is impressive, and the platform is intuitive to use. I especially appreciate the wide range of avatars, languages and customization options. As a teacher, I can focus on creating high-quality educational content while HeyGen helps me present it in a professional and engaging way. It has reduced production time dramatically compared to traditional video recording and editing. For anyone creating training materials, online courses or professional presentations, I highly recommend HeyGen.

DO NOT USE, THEY STEAL CREDITS

I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before using Hygen. I lost over 400 credits without receiving the videos I was trying to generate. Multiple generations failed or never completed, yet the credits were still deducted from my account. This was extremely frustrating, especially considering how expensive the credits are. From my experience, the platform seems to charge users even when video generation is unsuccessful. Whether this is due to technical issues or how their billing system works, the result is the same—you can lose a significant number of credits without getting the service you paid for. The overall experience left me feeling like the system encourages users to buy more credits after failed generations, rather than ensuring successful video creation before charging them. I expected a much more reliable service and a fairer credit policy. Until Hygen addresses failed generations and refunds credits when videos are not produced, I cannot recommend the platform based on my experience.

The avatar creation is very spot on and the lip sync is amazinglywonderful.

Great video producing tool

Great video producing tool, also for beginners, however, could be a little bit more intuitive. And the credit spent is not really understandable to me. Maybe, as I just have started using HeyGen.
