Asia highlights has been very efficient and proactive with the booking and confirmation. Kaya Han has made the changes we requested promptly. Communication was prompt. Kaya was available 24/7 should we need her help. Upon checking in at the hotel, they could not find our reservation. I WhatsApp Kaya and she responded immediately but luckily the hotel managed to retrieve our booking in the meantime. At anytime we knew that Kaya was available and she touched base with us upon our arrival. We had Sophia Kim as guide and Mr Che as driver. Both of them were very helpful and took good care of us.Mr Che ensured that we had ice water and cold drinks during our tripas it was very hot in Seoul. Sophia , the guide is a very competent and friendly guide. She had a good sense of organisation and gave us a comprehensive historical background of Korea during the whole trip. She was always mindful of our needs and does it quite naturally. We felt very comfortable with both Sophia and Mr Che and they made our trip an enjoyable one.
Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that Kaya Han provided seamless support during your planning process and was always just a message away—we’ll be sure to recognize her dedication. We stayed at Sarai Resort in Siem Reap, Cambodia. The hotel staff is friendly and the rooms are incredibly spacious. Breakfast options include a la carte with a few buffet stations- the food was delicious. Siem Reap- This place is surrounded by so much history and the most incredible ruins. It is amazing to be able to walk through sites that are over one thousand years! Our tour guide BunChong was informative, friendly and knowledgeable of the town’s history (my 3 young kids liked him and that’s always a bonus). Our driver was also excellent and very attentive- had waters and cool towels waiting for us after touring each temple/sites. We wish to be back in Cambodia in the near future.

Best trip ever to Kyoto, Japan! The planning by Heidi, quality of service and accommodations made this trip beyond enjoyable and relaxing. Our guide Andy was so knowledgeable and kind. He went out of his way to make sure we had the best experiences, that all our needs were met and offered great suggestions to add to our visit! We would not have been able to see all that we did in such a short amount of time. Being provided such wonderful and skilled guides/driver as Andy, Andrew and Ching made this trip more than I could have dreamed of! The Kyoto Tokyo Hotel is beautiful with incredible staff/service, as well as delicious food.

Monica at Asian Highlights put together an amazing trip for us. They stayed within our budget and coordinated everything on our wishlist! We had a day tour with Kimura in Tokyo and three days with Slash in Kyoto, Osaka, and Hiroshima. They were both knowledgeable and friendly, and made sure we had very special experiences. Kimura taught us a few Japanese phrases and encouraged us to use the language and ask questions. Slash took us to some local spots and even made a reservation at a local restaurant so we could have an authentic experience. It was an incredible way to experience our first Japan trip. I cannot recommend Asian Highlights enough!
Fantastic to hear Monica at Asia Highlights planned an amazing, budget-friendly trip for you! We're delighted Kimura and Slash made your first Japan experience so special with their knowledge, local insights, and encouragement. Thanks for the high recommendation!
