The mouth wash is without a doubt 1 of the best products I ever bought it does exactly what it says leaving mouth feel fresh and clean. Once you try this you won't want to be without it that's a guarantee

There was a problem with order. Sight originally saying payment error so place order again and it turned out there was no payment error so two orders had been placed. After a couple of messages and that horrible AI messaging system everyone seems to use nowadays that causes delays in communication Hismile was generous and fixed the problem. They came through in the end.

Ordered from hismile, Amazon was to deliver the parcel. Amazon emailed to say was an unexpected issue and couldn't deliver. Emailed hismile and took over a week to hear back. This was May and never had a refund. Reported to my bank, hismile said can't refund me as I have went through my bank. Hismile has redelivered my order although I have asked for a refund. I have now been asked to return the order for a refund. Customer service is shocking, takes days for a reply and someone different replies each time. Disgrace

Bought the Tooth Armour Serum. The dropper does not work at all and the product is so thick it doesn't even drip out of the bottle. Had to shake it quite hard to get the tiniest bit out and some ended up on the floor which is a waste. Totally unusable

What a fantastic company! We have a little girl, she has really struggled to brush her teeth. She hasn't liked any of the toothpaste sold at the drugstore. We finally found this company about a year ago. Suddenly our little girl like brushing her teeth. When she started to run out of toothpaste, we ordered more right away. Unfortunately Canada Post lost our order. Our little girl was reverting back to her old ways, not wanting to brush her teeth. We tried to contact Canada Post, they didn't get back to us. Hismile replied to our email right away. They quickly sent us more toothpaste. Their customer service with kind, helpful and responsive. What a great company! Our little girl is brushing your teeth again. All I can say is, thank you so much!

Got to say i was well happy with this product, it does exactly what it say on the ad, im a bit dubious when ordering stuff online, but was well happy with it, and will be ordering more, would reccomend to anyone, great product

Hi my names Aurora I live in Nz and I love Hismile I’ve been using there products for three years now and I’m absolutely obsessed I’ve always had really bad teeth from a young age . I’ve struggled with the fear of dentist since I was little I didn’t meet a toothbrush until I was 12 had never brushed my teeth was absolutely terrified and have been struggling since until I found hismile there products have made a huge difference with struggles to brush my teeth now I can enjoy and look forward to brushing my teeth with the incredible flavours and fun colours to packaging i’ve recently discovered there brand new mouthwash which is insane it blows my mind to know that all the guck that was in my mouth/teeth before using there new (ID) mouthwash was I 100% recommend for all ages I love you hismil

My experience with this product is amazing, I really thought this was nonsense, I got curious after a few weeks, I decided to purchase a bottle and to my surprise I gargled and all the gunk came out, fresh breath, even my teeth are whiter, I’m absolutely amazed by this product, i will never use any other mouthwash in future but this one. I was sceptical at first about trying the stain removal mouthwash, looking at the videos in facebook, I was like no that is not true. But I was surprised with the gunk that was removed on my first 1-3 day of use. I used it once a day on alternate days. i was so amazed that i asked my husband to try it as well, although the gunk from him was lesser compared to mine, but definetly worth trying if you haven't trust me it works. In my second week now and i don't get much gunk from when i initially tried. But i purchased another bottle in woolies as it is currently half price :) helps with morning breath which is a bonus. Would love to hear from you if you also tried it after reading my review :)

Purchased two bottles of the tooth armour stupidly because it seemed like a good deal. There is hardly any product in it and the dispenser doesn't work. I have emailed them videos of the dispenser not working however they are still saying I am not using it correctly. I am not an idiot I know how to use products that come in dispensers like these. I do not appreciate being treated like an idiot but your customer support. It's just a faulty product. It has a horrible fake watermelon taste as well.

Iv been using this for past four months , you don’t realise how good it is until you run out and waiting for next order to come , your mouth feels disgusting, i also bought a tong scraper and tong brush, i had bad gum disease and iv only got three teeth on the top but this has helped so much keep my mouth , teeth, tongue and self esteem amazingly clean , i suffer with mental health and this mouthwash has given me confidence as im not worried about my breath anymore , keep producing amazing products

I purchased the wrong toothbrush replacement heads,and within moments of messaging the hismile account, i was sent replacement hears that fit my toothbrush. The customer service I received from Ellie was absolutely superb. Love this brand!

The Tooth Armour isn’t a great design but we’ve all just used the ID mouthwash . Wow !!! The gunk that comes out is unbelievable! Worth giving it a go .

HONEST REVIEW ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This stuff is honestly insane. I’ve tried pretty much every retainer cleaner on the market, plus all the home remedies people recommend (even soaking them in Coke), and nothing worked properly. I tried using HiSmile Mouthwash on my retainers and gave them a quick brush with a toothbrush afterwards — the buildup came off with almost no effort. I’ve never had my retainers this clean so easily. HiSmile should honestly market this because I’m sure there are heaps of people struggling to clean their retainers and would love to know about it. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased the Hi Smile mouth wash for hubby and I, we were both pleasantly surprised. It works exactly the way it is advertised. It cleans all the yucky hard to reach gunk and hubby started noticing great results on his stained teeth after only one bottle. I genuinely love this product and yes I was skeptical but it works!
