Pleasant Customer Care
My order was delayed and I ceased receiving updates / it seemed to be lost in transit, Customer Care refunded me as they could see the same issue. When I wrote back to them to let them know my original order eventually arrived sometime later - they said I could keep it free of charge. Thanks!

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered the tooth serum, received the mouthwash, contacted customer service to tell them they sent the wrong item, they refuse to acknowledge their error and insist that's what I ordered, like I am stupid and ordered the wrong thing, I see this has happened to countless other people too. Appalling customer service, dodgy and unprofessional company, wish I had looked up reviews before I ordered.

Non existent customer support, i didn’t recieve an email receipt during my purchase and nothing has arrived at my doorstep and they’ve said arrived delivery with no photo evidence whatsoever. It’s been a couple days and theres been 0 contact or support from them. SCAM website

I have ALWAYS found the hismile mouthwash amazing.. Super product and I have now ordered on line a great many times. No problems at all with the product or my deliveries. HOWEVER; A warning to any future buyers..
I have noticed a huge increase lately of hismile "FAKE" "mouthwash" on sites like eBay!
You believe you are buying the genuine hismile i.D mouthwash but in the product description (small print) it reads unbranded and not hismile. So be careful. The GENUINE i.D hismile mouthwash is FANTASTIC... The fakes are cheapo mouth swill.

Contacted customer service after realising that my autistic child's toothpaste was no longer being stocked. It's the only one they will use. Customer service was very responsive and found some of the flavour needed in stock for us.
We've tried all the flavours over the years and I am very impressed with both the toothpaste and the level of customer service we received.

received wrong brand of toothpaste...
Wrong brand but same packaging, and different flavors. Ordered from website and I cannot seem to even find the page I ordered from anymore... I ordered vanilla and blue raspberry. I received a brand called Oral White in peach tea and smooth mint.

I initially had concerns about the availability of replacement heads for my electric toothbrush, especially as they were difficult to find locally and only available online with additional shipping costs. However, after contacting Hismile's customer support, they responded promptly, understood my concerns, and went above and beyond by locating replacement heads in their warehouse and sending them to me free of charge.
I appreciate the excellent customer service and the effort they made to resolve the issue. My only suggestion would be to improve the long-term availability of replacement heads for existing customers.

DON’T BUY FROM HISMILE!!!!!
Absolutely terrible experience.
I placed my order on July 5th, and it’s now July 16th. I still haven’t received my order, I haven’t been given any tracking information, and I haven’t received a single useful update.
What’s even worse is their customer service. It’s practically impossible to contact an actual human. You’re forced to deal with an AI chatbot that is completely useless. It couldn’t answer my questions, didn’t help with my order, and wouldn’t even provide me with their support email so I could contact someone directly.
This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. If you’re going to take customers’ money, the least you can do is provide updates and make it possible to contact your support team.
I definitely won’t be ordering from HiSmile again, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to either.

It was good until it wasn’t.
For the last year, I’ve been trying to find replacement brush heads for mine and my daughter’s toothbrush (I have the yellow she has the baby pink). Since the newer model was launched, it’s become almost impossible to find heads that fit out toothbrushes. I even bought four replacement heads, only to discover they were incompatible, so they ended up in the bin—a complete waste of money.
To make matters worse, the packaging doesn’t clearly indicate which brush heads fit which model, making it far too easy to buy the wrong ones. I’ve managed to find compatible replacements occasionally, but I’ve never been able to find the baby pink brush heads to match my daughter’s toothbrush.
This is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. A lack of clear labelling, poor compatibility and blatant lack of care for past customers, has completely ruined what was once a good product. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Bought the tooth armour thinking I have good teeth so this would protect them as I get older. However, after one week of use my teeth became very sensitive, to the point where brushing my teeth and eating lettuce was going through me so I have stopped using it, and the pipette doesn't suck much up 🙄

They sent me the wrong item, I ordered the teeth armour toothpaste x 2 which came to £30 but I received the mouthwash, I’ve been trying to speak to them on chat and email, all I get is one of our team will be in touch it’s been nearly a week and nothing.. Very poor service will never order from them again..

As a mum of two girls, including my 10-year-old daughter who has autism and ADHD, I wanted to share a different perspective on HiSmile.
For many people, brushing your teeth is just part of the daily routine. For our family, it can be one of the hardest parts of the day. Sensory sensitivities, flavours, textures and even getting started can turn what seems like a simple two-minute task into something much bigger.
After trying more toothbrushes and toothpastes than I could count, HiSmile is the first brand we’ve found that my daughter genuinely tolerates. I won’t pretend she suddenly brushes her teeth every day, because she doesn’t. But when she is able to brush, it’s because HiSmile removed one of the biggest barriers we’d been trying to work around for years.
As a mum, that’s something I’ll always be grateful for.
I recently reached out to HiSmile simply to thank them for creating products that had made such a difference in our home. I never expected anything in return, but I was genuinely impressed by how thoughtful and caring their response was, and by the fact that they shared my feedback with their product team.
That told me just as much about the company as their products do.
I truly hope more families like ours discover HiSmile, because products that make oral care feel a little less overwhelming can make a much bigger difference than people realise.

I have sensitive teeth and it makes me uncomfortable whenever I eat cold or hot food. I've tried sensodyne and it only work a little. Then I came across hismile on Facebook and I was amazed how it works. I tried it and it really works. It lessen the sensitivity of my teeth and I can eat well now. Thank you hismile. I will order again for sure. Though I had a little bit problem in delivery but still all went well.

Hi smiles products are all a marketing strategy and gimmick. I’ve tried all of them, followed all their instructions to the T. They don’t work. Simple. The only one that I found did anything and saw results was the I.D mouth wash. Most likely because I like seeing all the gunk come out. I find it very satisfyingly and I like the taste.
However it’s important to note that most mouth washes do the same thing . The only difference in the I.D mouth washes is that it has a chemical which binds all the gunk together so you can see it. That’s it. All mouthwashes do the same thing , you just can’t see it .
Don’t let their multi millionaire dollar marketing investment full you. Because that’s what it is.

Ordered mouthwash but never received they insisted I do the chasing contact courier etc, turns out product was delivered to another address, no way of finding out where. They ignore messages and don’t resolve they should refund or replace but they won’t take responsibility, it is for them to sort out. Don’t buy they have useless customer service I will now have to claim back through my bank for not receipt of goods.
