Hi Amanda 👋, thank you for your review and the 4 stars! 🌟 We're glad you liked the wool! We ship globally from our warehouse, but rest assured, we're committed to delivering swiftly and reliably. Eve 😊

Hello KM, I am so sorry for the disappointment regarding where your yarn was shipped from! 🙏 To help clarify, Hobbii is a Danish company, and our main fulfillment hub is located in Copenhagen, Denmark. Because of this, all of our packages are dispatched internationally from our Danish warehouse, even for our wonderful crafting community in the UK 😊 We completely understand how frustrating it can be to expect a domestic delivery and realize it is traveling from abroad instead. We truly appreciate your feedback on this, and we will continue to work on making our shipping locations as clear as possible on our website. Thank you for sharing your experience, and we hope your yarn arrives safely and leads to a beautiful project! Have a wonderful day, Nicole & the Hobbii team 🧶🌻

Hello Mr McEnhill, Thank you for taking the time to review us 😊 Since we are based in Denmark delivery may be slower than from local retailers, but we will always be as accurate as possible so you can plan your projects ❤️ Current times are 4-6 business days. I hope overall you were happy with the quality of the yarn and you enjoy your projects! Nicole & the Hobbii team 🌻
