Good service & good quality wool! I received my wool not long after I ordered considering it was coming from another country. It’s the first time I’ve ordered from Hobbi & will do so again as there were no issues with delivery or quality of wool and there are loads of free patterns! The wool was lovely to work with too.

I was halfway through a project and was struggling to find what I needed to complete it. I was so relived when the yarn arrived and was exactly as described on the website, it is lovely quality and the perfect colour. My queries were answered promptly, I would definitely order from Hobbii again. Thank you.

The yarn seemed very thin for recommended hook. Also, the yarn split a lot as I worked with it. Loved the colour though, exactly as shown in picture.
Hello Alison, Thank you so much for your feedback! I'm glad to hear you loved the color ❤️ Sorry the hook recommendation didn't create the look you envisioned, I hope moving down a hook size helped! Regarding splitting, certain loosly spun yarns like Sultan are a little more prone to this. It can help to use a hook with a blunt tip vs a pointed one. Overall I hope you enjoyed your project! Please reach out anytime if we can help 😊 Have a great day 🌻 Thank you for sharing your experience with us, and happy crafting! Nicole & the Hobbii team 🧶🌻
The yarn is great. But the packet had split open along the side. Thankfully the contents were intact.
Hi Christine, thanks for your feedback! 🥰 We're thrilled to hear you loved the yarn! But we're sorry to hear about the packaging 📦. We'll definitely look into improving that. Thanks again, and happy knitting! 🧶 - Eve from Hobbii.
The yarn is great! The overall texture of the friends cotton is amazing, the structure of the daily acrylic holds really well, and I love the colour options that they have to offer!
Dear Emily Mason, we're delighted to read your wonderful review. 🌟We truly appreciate your recommendation and are thrilled to hear that you love our yarn and colour choices. Happy knitting from Eve at Hobbii 😊

They use AI to generate photos, how can we trust a company that doesn’t use actual photos of their products
Hello Em, Thank you for reaching out 🙏 We would like to clarify how Hobbii uses AI. Hobbii does not use AI to generate product or pattern images or to misrepresent our yarns. It is not used to replace the work of photographers, crafters, product designers, pattern designers, or content creators. We also want to be completely transparent about how we use AI, so you can trust that it will never touch our patterns or misrepresent our products: AI is used only for back-end tasks: analyzing admin data, coding, minor translation tasks, and basic customer service inquiries (please do note that human support is always available in our customer services). In Marketing, we’ve used it only as a tool for adjusting backgrounds or visualizing a project in different colors🧶 We hold a deep respect for the creative arts and the incredible skill of the crafters who bring it to life. Thank you for voicing your concerns to protect their work ♥️ We will continue to be an active and human part of the knitting and crochet community we love! Nicole & the Hobbii Team 💮
