I still like the patterns and yarn but the experience is not what it was. The choice in the points store is very poor . The little extras you once offered made your customers feel valued. The experience is much poorer.

Delivery was quick. The cotton yarn is relatively soft and doesn’t split with crocheting. However it does shed lots of fluff so I need to use a clothes brush when I’ve worked on my project. I haven’t tested it with a wash yet.
