What a trash company they have 0 customer service if there's anything wrong with your order good luck fixing it

Products are not high quality RC and bad refund policy

I received the product in good condition and on time. However, it was not what my gift recipient wanted because it was more for a child (not a quality RC item) and emailed them to find out how to return it. They replied quickly and asked me to send a video of the product and they would decide whether or not I could be refunded. That is a terrible policy and after 2 weeks, I still have not heard back from them. I guess I am stuck with the product. I will not be buying anything from them again.

Hobby Zone Customer Service

I ordered an Arrow Prodigy on line from Hobby Zone. I been buying rc planes for 20 years. 10 this year. After placing order with Hobby Zone on line and reviewing my credit card statement, which I do daily, I noticed I was billed for (3) planes. I immediately tried to call Hobby Zone, which is useless. I then sent an email to Hobby Zone to see why I would order 3 of the same planes. Haven’t heard or received any info from hobby zone. Love products but will not deal with Hobby Zone again. Will go to competitor. Going to bank to discuss my options against hobby zone including possible fraud or mistake on my part. Ridiculous not being able to contact Hobby zone. I advise people to use other companies for rc planes & parts or realize you will receive no customer service. Company has become to big.

Hobbyzone.com Very trust worthy / Recommend for Gel Blasters

I had purchased the YJD "Blackout" M416 Gel Ball Blaster for $74.90 was happy with the blaster still works fine not the best but good for the price. then i upgraded and had purchased Jund CYMA Warhawk Beige M4 CQB Gel Ball Blaster for $239 best gun i had ever purchased works perfect, bought another exactly the same it ended up as a defect however was in direct contact with the team was able to get a replacement now works perfect, if you don't know anything about Gel Blasters or how to maintain them best you learn first before buying product don't expect a high grade weapon for a small price, also read the terms of conditions about refunds and exchange before criticizing Hobbyzone.com, they are the best here in NZ for gel blasters and very professional.

I am an avid R.C. Airplane enthusiast, have over 40 planes in my hanger, have bought from many different sources, and give my very best review to the Hobby Zone Team. It really doesn't matter how experienced you are, They helped me to select my very first airplane and still help me find just the right one now. I am very impressed with their Arrows brand and fly several of them. When it comes to service, no one is even close to Hobby Zone. I can make a call or drop them an E-Mail and get the advice or service I need right away. I think the thing that really earned my loyalty was the way I was spoken to and treated when I knew nothing about R.C. flying. Hobby Zone is the Customer Service model to follow if you want to learn how to provide your customers with that "Old Time Customer Service". Please support them. You won't pay more for any product they have than you would from other sources and we in the hobby need professionals who genuinely care about our having a great and fun experience. I’ve bought from Hobbyzone for years and have never had a single bad experience. Everything has always been nicely packed and fast shipping and great prices on great flying planes!

Waste of money…

Very bad products. Bought three gel ball blasters and they break down after 2-3 hours of use. Opened the firing mechanism up on all 3 of my broken guns to find the internals break down and fall to pieces. Very cheap manufacturing of product. Customer service did not care. If you want somewhere to waste your money I would highly recommend buying a gel ball blaster from this website.

Plane came damaged

Plane came damaged. There answer was “Damage not uncommon for foam planes” What????? I will deal with Tower in the future. They care about their customers.

Paid for item, one month later after an enquiry received email explaining item out of stock, refund offered, another 2 weeks still no refund, never again - Order #38791001

Super reliable and fast.

Have now bought from them twice. Super fast customer service and shipping. Products are good quality and I warmly recommend buying form Hobby Zone.
