I was happy with them from my first purchase, but then I signed up for a subscribe n save deal last month for the first time. I noticed that in the mail I got another delivery from them this month. To my surprise, it was my subscription. Given I did sign up for it, I was never notified of the incoming delivery or order for that matter through any communication, so I was unable to cancel or even know about it beforehand! When I called customer service to help me with canceling my account, they said they can’t help me access my account online because of an issue in their system. I still can’t sign in to my account today and I don’t even know if I’m still signed up for the subscription. Still waiting on ANYONE to help me with this issue. This is ridiculous!

The customer service was excellent

The customer service was excellent, very helpful with questions about product use. First time vaping, and was shocked at how incredibly harsh it was. Like a cougar reached into your throat, claws out. lol. Quickly learned not to 'over' inhale. Effective quite quickly, but does seem to also dissipate after a short time. I guess if you don't mind carrying it around with you for 're-ups', and your throat can handle it, the quick delivery makes it worth the cost. Side note-I wish Hollyweed would take it's name off the return address on the packages. Not everyone is in a situation where they have to be careful, but some are.

Really nice, just a little expensive

The quality of the containers the cbd came in was really nice and the cbd itself seemed to be good quality too. The only thing I didn't like is the cost is pretty high and the potency seemed a little low to use to actually help mild to severe anxiety. I tried this cbd to help me out with my ocd, it did help but I had to take a lot more than the recommended dose ...which also means it would be unaffordable for me. If I had more money this would definitely be my go to, I really like that it's capsules, u know exactly what the dose is you're taking without guessing like while smoking or vaping. If you can afford it I would definitely recommend this.
