It's okay to be a chinese dropshipper that pretends to be based in NL. Kinda scammy, but okay. However, the prices are bad for the quality of the goods received, the goods were damaged AND missing pieces (including instructions!) in my order, the company pretends not to know how EU consumer protection laws work, and support will ghost you after a couple of exchanges. Stay away, save your money for something else.

I bought two designer lamps from Homelights.nl The first one came very quickly. The second one was a little late because I wanted it to have a remote control and a dimmer. So it was late and they had to install it from the factory. Great service from the support team and they responded to my request very quickly. The second lamp came but the lampshade was broken, maybe from the company that delivered the package. Anya Yao from the support team responded immediately to my problem and sent me a new one. 5 stars.

The lamps look exactly like the original ones, but al lot less expensive, finally a way to have all the lamps I always wanted, I bought 3 different ones. Although it was packed really good, one of them had a broken part, but they offered to send me a replacement. Very good service, I am very satisfied.
