Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the support team for being extremely responsive, helpful, and genuinely attentive to any questions or concerns during the purchasing journey. Many consumers also mention that the items look wonderful, match online descriptions very well, and arrive safely at their destinations. However, some customers also noted recurring issues regarding unexpected delivery delays, very long waiting times, and occasionally receiving packages with missing parts. A few other people also felt that the overall material quality did not match their expectations and experienced frustrating difficulties when attempting product returns.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.I was in love with the Twiggy lamp and was happy to find it at an attractive price. The delivery was faster than announced. I was a bit surprised to receive 2 separate packages still without all elements, but the customer service was very fast to answer and reassured me with the details of all 3 parcels that I fully received within 3 working days.
I’m really pleased with this ceiling light. The design is elegant and has a nice vintage touch with its amber-colored glass, which adds warmth to the room. The only small detail I plan to adjust in the future is the bulb. Currently, the bulb is a bit too small, which leaves the metal part inside visible. Overall, it’s a great addition to the space and I’m happy with how it turned out.
A super beautiful lamp that I've wanted for a long time 🙂 Stylish and modern at the same time, it makes a great light and is a real eye-catcher above our dining table
