Sofa is very poor quality. The fabric does not fit the cushions. The cushions are uncomfortable. THe pressboard is not sanded, and pulls against the fabric in the back. It's doubled in price since 2021 and the quality is lower. Very unhappy with this product. Unfortunately we have a newborn and needed this as our eat-in breakfast nook so we decided to keep rather than completely take it apart and return ship it. But will never purchase again.

Bought a sectional from HR 15 years…
Bought a sectional from HR 15 years ago. That sofa has been the place for eating, socializing, entertainment, and lounging. We put everything through the wash one time, after about 5 years. We found that almost everything could just be wiped off: red wine, salsa, ice cream, pets, blood, daily grime. We just spent 6 months and $$$ renovating the living room from floor to ceiling. Instead of replacing the sofa, we opted to rearrange and recover the old sectional. We love it.
The HR Customer Comfort Center still had the information from our original purchase, which made buying replacement covers a breeze. A pleasure to do business with, and a great long-term furniture investment.

Home Reserve is always quick to resolve any issues I have. Life happens and sometime replacement parts are needed. It's great to know I can get my couch back in working order easily. Customer Service is top notch!!

I originally ordered my Ali sectional in 2020. It has been an amazing sectional. With a large messy dog and several humans, easy to clean and remove and wash covers as needed. We moved and needed a larger sectional. I ordered new pieces which match perfectly. However I prefer one section in deep seat rather than regular. The customer service team was fantastic with help on returning and ordering the correct piece. I highly recommend Home Reserve to everyone! It is well worth the investment and time to put the pieces together. Order yours today!

I failed to order panels for my sectional (my error). I notified the staff and within days my sectional was complete. The instructions for completion of the sectional were comprehensive. The product exceeds expectation. After 30 years of trying to fit furniture into this oddly-shaped space, I can confidently say the room looks the best it ever has. I had a previous sectional that was just too deep and overwhelmed the space. THIS sectional is PERFECT!!

It took me quite a while to communicate with Customer Service b/c it had to be done through email when all I wanted was to speak to a live person. That would have saved me a LOT of back-and-forth. I was looking for a specific pillow form, and it took way too long to finally learn that HR still carried the size I was looking for. In the past, you could talk to a real person...

I've been very pleased with the ordering process of Home Reserve and would have given it a 5 star review except that communication isn't always as timely as I would like it to be. Most of my work choosing HR was on the weekends. For us, this is a major expense and decision, so one not taken lightly. The online chat was rarely available, but I take that to be because it was on weekends. Emails weren't a lot better. If there was one thing that could be improved it would be more timely communication. I felt at times, that my business wasn't a priority. For us, a $4k purchase is major. I will say that when I did have answered emails/chats they were very informative and I felt like a valued customer. I'll update once I receive the sectional.

It took a bit of time to put together. It took two people with a lot of experience putting furniture together more than a few hours. It would have been great if we could have found detailed videos how to do it. All we found were videos with people talking about how easy it was to put together. Not exactly helpful. The Ottoman cushion is definitely a two person job.

My husband was skeptical about having to put the pieces together, so I ordered a wide armless test piece and put it together by myself, which impressed him because I have a hard time putting things together! We ordered the rest of the pieces and he put it all together and we love it! We have both taken a great nap on it, it’s very comfortable. We love it so much that we are going to make it a little bigger with another wide armless piece and I just ordered the storage bins as well. I am very happy that I found this company. They were great to work with.

Missing parts, broken part. The cover is hard to get on correctly - always has wrinkles. The couch shows every bit of dog hair and stains. Havent tried washing yet but hoping it comes out ok.
