My experience was good your company was helpful in many ways

Not a true home warranty company, it’s a reimbursement company

Customer service was great. The process to make claims is not. Having to pay $100 out of pocket for a derive call is boarderline too expensive. The idea of getting reimbursed defeats the main need home owners have for a home warranty. Many of us can’t afford the high costs of replacing a machine, the reimbursement amount didn’t cover the full cost of replacement. Home warranty is not an ideal company to work with. We are not staying.

I forgot to contact Home Warranty…

I forgot to contact Home Warranty before I had a new water heater put in. I called them to let them know of my mistake. They went ahead and approved my claim anyway! So thankful they were understanding of my mistake. I won't forget to call them the next time I have a claim!!

I’m glad I received something and…

I’m glad I received something and quickly from this warranty. The process to receive check was very easy. However the entire a/c unit needed replacement but I only received $1000. A/c units cost much much more than that. I spent a few months getting estimates and was fortunate to find an honest installer who allowed the low price of $6500. Still to receive only 1/6th of the total cost is a bit of an insult.

Customer service always goes above and beyond to help us resolve whatever issues we’ve had, and we’ve unfortunately had a couple. Directions on how to submit receipts for our claim and the next steps in the claim are always clear and if we call back with questions, they take the time to answer them without feeling rushed.

Home Warranty That Didn't Help

I am very disappointed with my experience. The claims process was frustrating, communication was poor, and I felt like I had to do all the follow-up myself. Even when I explained the issues, I did not receive the help I expected. I purchased a home warranty for peace of mind, but unfortunately, it did not provide the support I needed. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Home Warranty Inc. is on top of it. Had a technician on site within an hour or so. The technician diagnosed the problem and had the parts ordered before they left. They assured us that this issue would be taken care of and no disruption to anything and followed thru with their word. I have had a couple home warranties and I am here to tell you they are the best of the best. Top shelf service and technicians. Thank you guys for standing up to your commitment and customer service.
