Very prompt with getting a service technician contacted. Service technician came out very quickly and got the diagnosis. Home Warranty contacted me with my options and once I made my decision to what I wanted to do they took care of it immediately!

For the first few years, I only had the warranty for major repairs if and when needed. The time came and was told that the HVAC system wasn't covered because of a pre-existing issue before I owned the home. I was not aware of this issue until much later. The 4 star review is that I did receive some financial help for a HVAC replacement system finally after weeks of going back and forth. Knowing what I know now about home warranties, I probably would have never bought into it. Just my opinion.
