Purchased the Hayden in August used once for about 15 mins and the end part that you insert into came unattached from the metal cage type part also it had a split which I thought was unacceptable. Contacted honey play box and they responded very quickly replacing the whole thing within a few days. I have yet to try the new one so will reserve judgement until I have Although I’m not confident looking at it that it’s going to last long Hope I’m wrong. Good customer service though.

I ordered toys from Honey Play Box in October 2024. Toy quality is supreme and I am very satisfied with them. However, after several months of use they broke and I contacted their support just to inquire about repairing options.
Support promptly answered my email and stated that they will happily fix this issue and send me new toys.
Shipping is also very rapid and straightforward.
Overall, fantastic experience with them - highly recommended.

Purchased the Warrior and it seems to be a solid product. Although it's been a few days since I've had it, it is a quality product. Fast charging, long battery life, and intense experience with the 7 rotating and thrust patterns. And the texture and silicone sleeve is incredibly soft. Enhance your self-pleasure! You won't regret it. Don't forget the water-based lubricant!
