I ordered a Father’s Day book and the skin tone colors were misleading and did not come out as expected. I asked for a reprint, but customer service denied my request. As a returning customer, this was disappointing since this is already the second book I’ve ordered from them. I was really excited about this gift, but the final product did not match what was shown online. Customer support was not very helpful during the process, and it would have been a kind gesture to simply offer a reprint to make things right. Overall, I’m disappointed with both the product and the customer service experience. I expected much better customer service from this company. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The item felt overpriced for what was received, and customer support was not helpful when trying to resolve the issue. Because of this experience, I will not be ordering from or recommending this company in the future.

Was so excited, HOWEVER..

Was so excited, however, when I received my confirmation email about a minute within placing the order, the skin colors were COMPLETELY INCORRECT. As well as messed up hairstyles. All four characters were wrong, and I emailed this to them, explaining that I saved all of my changes. I was told that I must not have saved it, because they always show the most recently saved design, "but I'll fix it for you, though." Let me tell you, never once did I save my dark-skinned designs as WHITE. Not to mention, a final confirmation page appears before checking out, to ensure it's accuracy, which is why I purchased. "Billie" responded to me, and after being told that it was my own fault,(even though upon further research there have been glitches for other people, too) I requested a refund.

Superpower

While the quality of the book is well made I was not happy that they made my granddaughter super power that she smelled and needed to shower, it really upset her. I'm not sure what possess you to write something like that about a child and think they would not feel bad about it. You called her whiff and showing green stink smoke around her. as an adult I found it somewhat funny until I realized my granddaughter did not.

Awesome Book!

Couple of clicks here and there, and you have a wonderful customized book of adventures. My niece and nephew loved it! Quality, packaging and delivery was awesome.

Dreadful

Dreadful. Promised delivery by Mother’s Day on the website, did not deliver on time as they “shipped it late”. Would absolutely not recommend this company.

Beautiful Custom Book

I ordered a custom book as a gift for my niece. I did a careful quality check on the book and was happy to find no issues in it. The pictures were beautifully intricate in a way that I knew a child would enjoy. Sure enough, she loved the book.

Bought the Dream Team book for 3 little…

Bought the Dream Team book for 3 little ones. The print color of the dedication is white on a light blue background, which hardly shows up at all. They did reprint, but it's the same result, where the dedication is hardly readable at all. I asked to have the dedication print in another color, which they said they can't do. Would definitely NOT buy from this company again.

Fun to put together

Fun to put together with my daughter. My wife loved it! Second time I’ve done a personalized book from Hooray. Great experience and keepsake.

I love the art throughout the book but the stories seem repetitive and AI written.

I love the art throughout the book. However, the stories are somewhat repetitive and one of the pages is vertical instead of horizontal which does not flow well. I also wish you could select the age of each child in the book to make it more personal, especially if one of the children is an infant. Overall the book is not bad but it’s not very personalized or heartfelt. If I had paid $10-20, it expect the product that I received, but for $50, I felt that it could be a lot better. I would not buy the “daddy, we love you” book again.

Great book but received late

The book was stunning and made us all remember our best friend like he was still with us. I paid extra for shipping to ensure it would make it for Christmas morning, as that was the 9 month anniversary and first Christmas without our pup, and it did not make it until several days later. I would not have spent the extra on shipping.

There’s no way I designed the book the way it came out. None of my kids are of dark complexion, and one came out that way. One has blonde hair and it came out with brown hair. Very disappointed.
