My order was wrong and I sent emails to correct it cancel it immediately! I’ve still not heard from anyone and will likely receive a product I don’t want because a website error not my own. Can’t find a contact number.

This is my second time ordering from this company. Their books are the perfect custom gifts to pull at the heartstrings of the receiver. There’s always a discount available and the website is easy to navigate which offers a smooth creation process. I wish they had a few more African American hairstyle options but I still love the books!

We're still waiting on this one, but that's our 5th or 6th book we've ordered from Hootay Heroes! We love every one so much! The kids are so proud and happy to recognize themselves in the stories and illustrations! The ordering process is fun itself! You decide over almost everything without being overwhelmed!

Edit- Hooray Heroes customer service is top notch and is sending me an entirely new book! Really appreciate the effort to make the gift perfect! Highly recommend this book for your kids, dogs, significant other. Stories are cute and illustrations are perfect with color.
So excited for this book to tell the adventures of my son and dog, but it arrived damaged unfortunately. For the price, I am pretty bummed with it damaged on day 1.
