Garbage website. I bought a few keys and one of them did not work. They make you jump through hoops and ask you to contact steam instead of doing their job themselves. Stay away from HRK and use the other more reliable and less lazy key sellers. I had to file a claim with PayPal to get my money back.

Every purchase has gone thru with no issue. I don’t have to worry with this site. Only constructive thing I would suggest is to have more competitive pricing. Unfortunately I don’t buy a lot from here as it’s cheaper elsewhere. But when I do the transactions are always smooth.

Sold me an used key, then made me to prove it

I found an interesting offer, registered, and paid. Then the "Temu-like" experience started. Key retrieval came with an awkward progress bar, and once I received the key, it turned out it had already been used two weeks before my purchase. I contacted HRK and had to provide a lot of screenshots and even contact Steam to get additional evidence. In the end, after a couple of days, they refunded me. They failed to deliver a valid product and wasted my time just to prove their own failure to deliver. A shady entity with slow and poorly designed/executed processing. Edit1: Yes, I've got refunded, at the end. So not a total scam, just waste of time (couple of days of stress).

Where is my game key HRK... WHERE!?

I bought a Steam altergift for 120$ because the game was delisted. Purchase was successful, got emailed a confirmation right away saying everything had processed and my game key/link would be waiting for me in the My Products tab. So i open it and nothing... went to my order history to see if it was processing. Nope. Status is completed, but no game... So I open a suport ticket and send a message. I and get a response pretty quickly saying: "We deeply apologize for the inconvenience. We are investigating this issue. Please wait, We will get back to you soon." Soon huh? Im still waiting... And still have no clue where my game is and my is. And im missing my 120$

Total scam!

This is my second time dealing with this company's bulshit. And this time is my last time purchasing from their website. They seem to have really fake prices and after you purchase the game, not only you don't receive your game code at all (even though their website says the delivery is instant), but the price immediately after payment jumps up. This was not due to not incomplete payment - the payment was complete, which was confirmed by the HRK email I received and by that the money was indeed taken from my bank account. They also send you a message that your key is ready to be claimed on "My Products" page, but there is no key there and there never was. Their support is very slow to respond as well. I got my money refunded, eventually, but you have to beg them to help you. This website is a literal scam, where as far as I experienced - they just borrow your money and use their fake prices to lure you to do that. I am absolutely surprised that HRK has such a high rating on Trustpilot - my guess is that many of the reviews are fake. Avoid buying from them at all cost!!

I bought a game an hour ago

I bought a game an hour ago. Money taken right away, emailed a confirmation right away to say everything had processed and my game key would be waiting for me in the My Products tab. No key. I consulted the FAQ and went to my order history to see if it was processing. Nope. Status is completed, but no game key. I waited 20 minutes as per other instructions. No game key. I wait an hour. No game key. I try to contact support - live chat button does nothing. I open a ticket and send a message. I expect I'll get a response at some point but for a site that says my key would be available immediately I don't really want to be waiting around for a response. I want to be playing the game I paid for. Checked one more time right now before I post this and you guessed it, still no game key. My own fault for wanting £3 off a game I guess. I'll just buy it direct next time because even if there's no discount at least I'd be playing it right now! Update: Minutes after posting this, I receive an email saying my refund has been processed. It has, but I didn't ask for a refund. I asked for my key. Strange company, I wouldn't bother
