We had a new roof put on our house. When the roofers unhooked our satellite and reattached our Hughes Internet did not work. We called and a technician was at our house in no time at all. He recalibrated our satellite and it was reconnected in a very short time.
They were very understanding and accommodating when I needed to change my installation appointment.
