I had an incident when assembling the TV stand I bought, it fell and the holes to screw the pieces in together cracked and it’s unable to be assembled. I reached out to Hulala and their reps were very patient, kind and arranged for me to receive the parts. Very grateful and happy with the customer service I received. The piece is a sturdy quality tv stand, initial delivery was great and I assume the same for the replacement parts, and good customer service.

Quality product, extremely beautiful and wasn't too difficult to put together. It is heavy, and takes multiple people, but not a lot of cumbersome parts! I converted my dining room to an office, so it's been nice having something beautiful to highlight!

I am now considering it harassment that I am receiving surveys for a product that I am not even scheduled to receive until August 12.
Honestly, I think y’all need a better delivery service because going 32 miles a day for over 20 days is freaking ridiculous.

Poor Customer Experience/Recovery
The quality of the furniture is great, however, when we ordered a matching set of dresser and night stands the colors did not match and were different. Getting a response from Hulala was difficult, they only responded via email in the middle of the night, return request was initially denied and a pick up has still not been confirmed after 2 weeks. Good furniture, but terrible customer service. Be mindful when placing an order.

I give Hulala Home a 5-star rating because from the ordering process to the delivery process, it was easy and user friendly. I received my furniture delivery within 10 days of placing my order. Both boxes arrived well packaged and without damage. Directions, as well as all pieces and hardware was included to construct our new dresser. The quality of the wood is high end and well made. It definitely takes 2 people to put the dresser together. The directions state construction of the dresser takes an hour; however, it took me and my husband 2-hours to put the dresser together. The only issue with our new dresser is that you have to give each drawer a shove at the end for it to completely close them. We love our new piece.
