They are not honorable enough to give a refund or any compensation for damaged parts. Every email, every call is just a circus show of run-around. PLEASE DONT USE THIS SITE TO ORDER. My experience with HyundaiPartsDeal has been extremely disappointing. I placed an order based on the shipping estimate provided at checkout. After the order was processed and a non-cancelable controlled part was ordered, I was informed that I needed to pay an additional $292.94 in shipping charges, bringing the total shipping cost to more than $338. Had I known the actual shipping cost beforehand, I would never have placed the order. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. Representatives were not friendly, did not seem interested in helping, and one representative simply ended the chat without resolving the issue or attempting to escalate it. Responses felt dismissive and focused on blaming the customer rather than addressing the concern. I also submitted a support ticket and did not receive a response. I have been involved in e-commerce for many years, and this is one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have had. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

The part, a coolant reservoir cap did not fit tightly. I had to modify it so the cap so it works. Easy enough. The shipping costs doubled the price, could have been less. Didn't tell shipping cost until end of purchase.

Don't have the part yet. I had to follow up to get a status. Was told I would get a status prior to the end of that day. Never happened. Was told part number changed so the order didn't go through. Asked for the new order number and tracking. Received a UPS tracking number, however UPS still does not have the package. Terrible customer service. Looks like all the other reviews are correct. How does a place like this stay in business? I'll update after I finally get my part.
