Deb was a determined agent. With a market that was hard to work with. The only thing I was slightly disappointed in was it appeared was she didn't show my condo as much as other realtors. Not sure why she didn't get the clients as other realtors.

Chase was amazing through the whole process. Had hiccups with tenants that did a lot of damage and stuck with me through all of it. He went above and far beyond any experience I have ever had with a realtor. Highly recommend him!!

Jill was very knowledgable about the current market, color trends, etc. She and her team were quick to respond and gave good advice. I had a cash offer within 3 days of listing. That is unheard of in today's market!

Anita was professional and worked very hard for me. She listened and responded. When needed, she politely and respectfully challenged my assertions and assumptions. She got more done in 3 days than my previous agent had done in 4 months!! We could not be happier with the service that Ideal Agency provided in the sale of our home. We were well informed throughout the process. Based on our realtor’s experience and advice, we listed our home for well more than we had originally intended, and lo and behold, we were offered and accepted even more! The Realtors helped with the Move process, they where involved unlike other Realtors who show the house then just collect their cut. I have now sold 3 houses.
