Had to do very little. Everything handled by Mark. Quick sale 3 days. Good negotiator. All paperwork was mostly signed online except notary which came to house. Very satisfied.

Adam helped me through every facet of selling a house. I knew nothing of how to go about it and Adam made it very easy. I listed my house on a Friday and within a week I had a buyer! He answered all my phone calls and responded by text immediately answered all my stupid questions!

I seen I do agent on a TV commercial I contacted them and they promptly responded to my contact explained a few things did not bother me any further until I contacted them again ideal agent seems to understand the growing cost of selling property for the seller of course I saved money using these guys and I will use them again and I will promote them thank you ideal agent

The Amantea team is great to work with! They were referred to us by Ideal Agent, and we are very satisfied with the results of our house sale. We left the house to their care as we had to move out of state, and in less than 6 weeks it was sold. We were kept informed throughout the process and the house sold for a very reasonable price and low broker's fee.
