If I could rate negative stars I would
If I could rate negative stars I would. Sloppy from start to finish. I have never worked with a title & escrow company that had made so many mistakes. They made a financial mistake on the settlement report and had to redo it. Then they had multiple mistakes on the closing documents and asked me to cross out the name on the signature line and write mine in. The notary was appalled. Then they held my funds for an additional day and said they didn't know a document was needed. My exchange company has had to ask for documents repeatedly. My realtor said he will never work with them again. HORRIBLE

I would never recommend this Company to…
I would never recommend this Company to ANYONE! HE PLACED WAY BELOW... BELOW THE PRICE OF THE HOME. SECOND. THEY ADVERTIZED 1.5 PERCENT WHEN IT'S REALLY OVER 5% AND CLOSING COST AT 5.5% ALL I HAD LEFT WAS $43,000 OUT OF $460,000 WHERE'S THE REST? OF COURSE THEY KEEP IT WHEN OUR HOME IT ONLY OWES $203,000 WHERES THE REST?

Agents don’t follow through- still haven’t been contacted
Had a great first contact experience 8/29, but local agents aren’t responding, We’ve spent 60 minutes on the phone, reached out to the 2 agents directly, no response from either local Chattanooga Agents, Caleb or Shawn, and the only person helpful is Laquita at Clever who is doing anything she can to get an agent to respond. Meanwhile HomeLight and OpenDoor are already preparing offers for 1809 Emmeline Way, Hixson TN. 423-521-2425 Laquita did everything she could from the office to get additional agents. Still don’t have any offers or presentations as of this time 8/31.

Best agent's EVER!
They matched me up with a great and understanding real estate broker. I interviewed 3 different ones before making my choice. When we met to talk in person, they drove a little over an hour one way just to talk face to face. They made sure to break everything down and explain it all in lamen's terms so I understood everything. They weren't just like "let me do it, I know what I'm doing." They were beyond awesome. Always available when I needed to talk no matter what time of day it was. They truly went above and beyond with this whole ordeal. Best agents I ever had the privilege of working with. They bent over backwards to get this deal done with both selling my home and helping buy another home.
