Easy, straightforward process that saved me a significant amount of money on the sale of my property. Clever connects you with realtors in your local area and actually listens to your feedback about the agents they recommend. I was given three realtors to interview and decide who would be the best fit. The first referral was dismissed midway through the interview due to a lack of professionalism and pushing his own agenda. The second referral — The Sheets Team in Ohio — was outstanding, and I chose to work with them because of their professionalism and expertise. Throughout the entire process, Clever consistently checked in and made sure everything was on track, all the way through closing. I received the same level of service I would have expected from a traditional realtor, but at a discounted rate. I would absolutely use Clever again in the future and highly recommend them.
