I've worked with three agents that they sent me and they all failed in one way or another I would never use this company again or recommend them but I'm trying one last time but it's ridiculous what do you have to put up with that they send you, one agent didn't do the paperwork right the second one never called the third one never answers your call or texts in a timely manner

A clearing house for highly rated agents who will accept a lower commission

Serving as a clearing house for agents who are willing to sell for a 1.5% commission and who have good track records. Additionally, the followup calls were not obtrusive and let me know that I had an advocate if needed and they listened to my input.

I was disappointed with my experience…

I was disappointed with my experience with Clever Real Estate. I initially submitted my information because I was trying to understand what cash-offer options might be available for my home. Instead of receiving an actual offer or estimate online, I received a phone call from an agent who asked many of the same questions again. During the conversation, I explained that I had a much better experience with Opendoor because they provided me with an actual preliminary dollar estimate before requiring a lengthy sales conversation. The Clever representative told me that a cash offer would likely be lower. I responded that before deciding whether an offer is low or high, we first need to establish what the property is actually worth. He then told me that he had three offers available for my property, but he never told me what any of those offers were. When I continued asking questions about the numbers and how the process worked, he said, “I don’t like the way this conversation is going,” and ended the call. I understand that companies have different business models, and I may have been direct in my questions, but I was simply trying to get clear information about the value of my home and the actual offers being presented. If three offers existed, I would have expected to hear the numbers and then decide for myself whether they were worth considering. For me, the experience felt more like a lead-generation and sales process than the straightforward cash-offer process I was expecting.

Simple and Easy for me

Even with the lender and seller being difficult for me, clever made everything else simple and easy for me—As far as finding a house and communicating to the seller through my realtor. My realtor Lorena Lucio made my first experience of buying a home as if she took all the weight off my shoulders.

Clever found me a great agent. My house sold quickly. Being able to do all of the paperwork on-line/from a distance was convenient. Also, they sent a mobile notary to me for the closing. Would (and will) recommend!

Great Experience

Clever paired me and my husband with a well reviewed realtor in our area as we began our search for our first home. Just two weeks in, we did not feel this was the best match for us. We notified our Clever agent, Danny, who quickly paired us with another realtor who is absolutely amazing and a great fit for us. Throughout the process, I received messages from Danny regularly checking in. We loved our experience and felt well cared for as first time buyers!

Robert Christiano responded to me immediately by calling me and leaving his phone number and his profile so I have an idea who I’m dealing with and that’s important to me especially that I’ve been scammed, belittled, exploited being a woman and old on top of being American Filipino discrimination. People don’t see the 45 years spent serving patients especially veterans. They just see my brown skin and pitiful cancer ravaged aged old face. I haven’t meet Robert face to face yet though no fault of his own but because I’ve been busy (almost every day) doctors appointments and procedures in preparation for my surgery but spoke to him via phone and I could feel his kindness through his voice carries something that his surname (Christiano) carries. I’m looking forward to meeting Robert face to face soon.

Jody was extremely efficient. We are glad that Clever recommended him to us. We recommended him to out friend, but they hold with the agent who sold them their home and then they regret that did not follow our suggestion. In simple words: Jody was far higher of our expectation of help from the agent. We wish you to refer Jody as the very best possible agent. After I wrote the above text and went down to complete submission, I noticed that you give an opportunity to put one date, I put 8/14/2026, but he was efficient from the first day of his work! Clever only way to go

I am so happy I found out about Clever. The money I saved with a 1.5 commission was incredible. I chose from several Realtors with impressive sales history. The realtor I settled on always had my back & successfully selling my home in a month’s time on the market and very close to asking price. From my experience I would never go any other way than Clever. Also Clever follows you from start to finish!

Lynette Wilson was the perfect agent in every respect. She was professional, informative, and a great communicator. She kept us in the loop the whole time and represented us very well when questions arose. Using Clever saved us thousands but we got Cadillac service from Lynette. Thank you Lynette!

Our first time buying a home & a VA Loan

This was our first time buying a home and we were using a VA Loan. Clever matched us with Ashley, who was AMAZING throughout the entire process. She answered probably a million questions from us, she contacted vendors for us to set up inspections & came out for the inspections to make sure I wasn’t doing it alone. She was super helpful in updating us & handling the paperwork and just being there while we navigated this process for the first time. I would highly recommend Clever & Ashley to anyone!

Tom Daniel was very helpful from the…

Tom Daniel was very helpful from the beginning. I spoke with others who just seemed to flake out, and not listen to my concerns. Tom found a cash buyer and explained how quickly house would close- there was an issue with the buyer, tom took care of it quickly. Highly reccomend Tom Daniel and Clever Christopher Gollihar
