Renata LaSalle was most amazing. She definitely went over and above to help get this property sold. There were some issues, because of solar panels. Actually lost the first buyer because the solar company took almost 4 months. After at least three delays, the buyer backed out. Costing the seller more payments and utilities. It seemed only after I mentioned to Renata on the group text, Oops, “maybe it’s time to contact an attorney” did permits and dates get really started! Until the very end Renata continued to be persistent to get this deal completed in a timely fashion! Because of Renata, I would definitely recommend her to anyone. Also I would recommend Clever just as well. I was impressed that you followed up on progress. No pressure only pleasantries and understanding, supporting the entire situation.
