Just bought and sold with Brandi Shapiro and Virginia Todd (Ginger). Brandi assisted me with selling my place. And Ginger assisted me with buying my new digs. Both agents were EXCELLENT! They make up a mother-daughter team and they are truly the "DREAM TEAM". Both are excellent at what they do! Brandi guided me through my sell and taught me so much. She also kept my feet on the ground with negotiating. This was very much needed with this guy with his head in the clouds sometimes. Ginger patiently guided me through showings, often taking me back to the same place to view (and re-view) without ever complaining and acting as though each showing were my first. And just as important, they both were so personable and professional. They truly bring a level of humanity to what they do. And they are level-headed and clear and concise with their communications. They are also very responsive to this ole guy who might call or text a hundred times a day. Can't say enough about these ladies. For sure, I will ALWAYS use them if/when I sell my next casas! Kudos to these ladies!
