This was the easiest experience that I ever recall having when selling a house. There were no headaches at all. The agents that I worked with were very nice, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. They made this experience an excellent one for me. When we decide to sell our rental property we have already decided that we would most definitely call on them to list it. I would not hesitate to call them. It was a great experience start to finish.

When we first met Don we hit it off right away. He is very personable and he always communicated with us throughout the process of selling our home. From the start, Lissette gave us a very professional presentation (we interviewed five agents altogether). Once we selected her, she quickly arranged for a professional photographer (vs. cell pics, which some realtors use). The quality of pics, the virtual staging, and the accompanying video of our property was extremely well done and appealing to the eye. Lissette also prepared a high-quality flyer for prospective buyers to pick up during a tour or open house. She prepared us for every stage of this process. Lissette has excellent communication skills and was always very responsive to our inquiries. She found us multiple buyers after our house was on the market just three days. If you have a house to sell in the Raleigh area, Lissette should be your agent!!

My agent Debbie came to my home explained how the process works and that she will always be there for me. I signed the agreement andat the end of the week buyers walked in and we're taken back at the cleanliness of the house, the view, and that everything was done no repairs were needed, with in 30 min the house was sold.
