It was a quick turnaround to receive my slides. Quality is great. I made three slide reels form my mom who has Alzheimer's. She loves it. It's very playful, and my ten-year old niece, who lives with my mom, also loves it. My mom is able to talk about the photos and memories with my niece.

I ordered a RetroViewer for my husband for Valentine’s Day. He loved the fun and unique way our pictures together could be displayed. The process of designing the picture reel online was very simple. I received the viewer and the photo reel in a timely way but was also impressed with the option of printing an “On the Way” certificate. Since you have to design and send off for the reel after you receive your initial order, it allows you to gift the item without having to wait for the reel to arrive if you are in a time pinch!

product itself came out amazing & putting together the picture reel was very easy! :) however, the shipping process takes very long, in which i ordered in advance yet it still was not enough so beware of timing with ordering. also wish you could personalize a message even if you didn’t buy in bulk, it would make the gifts even more sentimental.
