Helpful agent. Very detailed summary of tour and payment options.
We're so happy to hear our team provided a detailed summary of the tour and payment options. Thank you for your kind words!
I was told your airfare prices were better than I could get. Without releasing what value my included fare was, it made it hard for me to book myself. As it turned out, my found fares were much better than I paid, and with a credit for my included fares, if you do that, would have provided a lot of savings for me.
Thank you for your feedback. We have reviewed your booking and would like to clarify that we operate in a live environment where flight prices can change frequently. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that prices will remain the same by the time of payment. At the time of your payment, costs did increase, and we did offer to explore additional options before finalizing the transaction, but that offer was declined. If you’d like to discuss this further or if there’s anything we can do to assist you, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
All my questions were answered. Jonathon was very helpful. Booking was easy!

Glad to be using the tour group. The process at the beginning was laborious. Spelling out each name, letter etc. Would have preferred a from for me to fill out.
We appreciate your feedback and are glad you chose our tour group. We understand that the initial registration process can be time consuming. We are always looking for ways to improve our services and your suggestion about a form is valuable.
Imagine cruising offered a great combination land and cruise tour of South America/Antarctica. This is a tour that includes everything we have not experienced in SA; from Manchu Picchu to Rio. Looking forward to it. Details were a little lacking but pray that all will be well

Love the many options for curated trips with land and cruise itineraries combined. The seamless booking/reservation process, with email follow up helped get us geared up and get excited for cultural experiences and grand adventures. Really looking forward to our first trip scheduled for March 2027 from Sandals Barbados then cruising to Lisbon, followed by a second one in August 2027 from Rome to Ravenna with 5 days post cruise on multiple Switzerland train experiences.
