Wonderful service om the booking
Vincent was just the best. He took all the time needed to explain the tip to us. I would have never have booked this tip wiithout Vincent's knowledge and experience. Imagine cruising has been fabulous.

I had a simple and thorough booking experience. I just completed booking one of my dream vacations over the phone. The representative, John was very thorough in explaining travel specifics and legal matters. His delivery was easy to understand and had answers to all my questions. An excellent experience overall. I feel that while Angie is listening…
I feel that while Angie is listening she is not hearing what we are trying to communicate. I think she just wants to be done with us. This is my first time working with your company and I have been told I need to submit an additonal deposit, this is a bait and switch. After arguing with Angie it was removed. I am not pleased with the flights and was told in the contract you can give me up to two connecting flights. I cannot find that info anywhere.

My sales person was very helpful and informative, the price point and the itinerary is very attractive. I will definitely travel with the company again after my first travel experience. Based on the service and response timing, I will recommend them to my friends and family.

There were few problems with our cruise booking, but Imagine Cruising staff was very helpful in helping with solving those issues in a timely manner. We really appreciated a very professional and efficient service.

Zane was so helpful planning two separate vacations for me. I just received the details and it is exactly what I wanted.

Zane answered all our questions. If he didn't immediately know the answer, he quickly checked, politely asked us to hold for a very short period, before telling us what we needed to know. He went out of his way to find accommodating flights and then sent all the information requiring signatures to us promptly. Thank you!

Booking process was very easy and…
Booking process was very easy and efficient. Jonathan was very helpful and knowledgeable on the package itinerary and guided on decisions. The only negative is the reading of the legal disclaimer and keeping up with those details, but am able to read on my own. Looking forward to our trip.
