I previously wrote a positive review, but recently, I had had multiple attempts to generate reports abort without providing me access to the information I need. It also irritates me that with my sometimes doing multiple searches in a single session, I am obliged to "verify" myself without my ever having logged out of my account, and my multiple complaints about the latter are ignored by what strikes me as a scripted response even with different individuals allegedly signing as the sender.

Yes, I got scammed. It promises you a search from all these different avenues but you have to pay first. Then it gives you pages full of "No information available". I already had THAT information without them!

GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! I used them once and cancelled my subscription yet they continued to deduct monthly payments. I contacted customer support and asked them to refund all debits deducted after cancellation. They said I didn't cancel even though I supplied screenshots of the cancellation event and date. They guaranteed it was now cancelled yet the next month my credit card was once again debited. I've emailed customer support all the information including evidence of cancellation and for months now I'm being ignored and given delayed generic responses. I have supplied them all the information set out in black and white that shows and explains they illegally continued debiting my credit card after cancellation yet ignore my many requests for escalation to management for reimbursement urgently. STOP IGNORING AND PROCESS MY REFUND NOW

It took almost a MONTH for their WORTHLESS "report" to be available -- and they have charged me for THREE MONTHS even after I cancelled. Basically, they use a 'bot to scan public records and return any SIMILAR name, without any rhyme or reason.

I have no clue who these fools are but they charged my debit card $36. I had to contest the charges with my bank, in turn they canceled my debit card and now I have to wait for a new one. This outfit is garbage and I hope they're proud of themselves for the inconvenience that they cause everybody!

Horrible website. They took my money twice but couldn’t fix my log in issue, so was paying for a service unable to use it. I emailed them several times with info and screenshots like they asked and received the automated email saying they’d get back to me. They only once got back to me but didn’t fix the issue and continued to charge me. I couldn’t even log in to the website to cancel my account! When I finally received an email that they had cancelled my account it was the day before my month was up and I had 15 minutes to use the site before they closed my account 🤣

I tried a search on my wife and it didn't come back with ANY relevant information. I guess that is a good thing? This site is a huge waste of time and money. $38 for information that is worthless. It didn't even find any of her social media accounts. Super disappointing. Watch for the bait and switch at the end of the sign up process and read the fine print so you do not get stuck in a subscription. It costs extra if you want downloadable reports. This site is using sales tactics to try and get YOUR information and is not honest nor ethical in its online business practices.
