Instawork doesn't have a working…

Instawork doesn't have a working business phone number. While I stood inside of a Dollar General where I was scheduled to work, the app stated that I wasn't at the location. The manager was on vacation & the handheld device wouldn't allow me to clock-in. During this time I was at the Platinum status. I was then marked as a no-show & my account was suspended. I recorded it & posted it on my YouTube Channel. I had scheduled more than 1 Dollar General job on the same date within a walkable distance from one another. At more than 1 location, the employees & managers stated that they didn't know why I was there. The app didn't state the information so I was able to tell them, & Instawork doesn't have a working phone number so I couldn't call anyone. Instawork then suspended my account. 8/19/26, 8:43 AM: I'm about to see & record whether their listed Cleveland address, 600 Superior in Cleveland, Ohio is an actual Instawork address with employed human beings. I will record it & post it on my YouTube Channel. 8/19/26, 9:10 AM: 600 Superior Ave, Cleveland, OH is stated online as the Cleveland business office for Instawork. A security officer just told me that Instawork doesn't have an office here. If you need your social security card & driver's license verified for W-2 jobs, if you need to inform Instawork that you're standing inside of the building but unable to clock-in, if a business short-pays you, there isn't a human being within Instawork who will assist you because they don't exist. If they do, they don't want to assist the Instawork employees.

It is difficult to get jobs

It is difficult to get jobs, help, answers. Yet certain persons review are high starred??? It focus on telling person about hygiene but not step by step detailed app functions and full process Booked a job then location (the enslavement) malfunctioned. So job not booked this after having tried for past month.

I absolutely love working for…

I absolutely love working for instawork. To be able to book jobs to my liking and my experience and work shifts on my on deciding really has been a huge stress relief on my mental health. However i am experiencing an issue with jobs i've worked before but now tell me i don't have the entry level but is open for me to work in other cities far out. If i can get unlocked for brand ambassador and food simpler especially cause when i did jobs at Sam's club they loved me. If there is something I'm not doing or need to do to get my entry level up please help me

When I unexpectedly lost my job

When I unexpectedly lost my job, I honestly didn’t know how I was going to make money to support my family. Finding Instawork was a blessing during one of the most stressful times in my life. What I love most is how simple the process is. I didn’t have to go through multiple interviews, wait for phone calls, or spend weeks hoping someone would hire me. After passing my background check, I was able to start booking shifts almost immediately. I’ve also learned that the more reliable you are—showing up on time, completing your shifts, and avoiding cancellations—the more work opportunities become available. That has made it possible for me to earn income when I needed it the most. Another thing I really appreciate is the flexibility. You have the freedom to choose the shifts that work for your schedule, and you can even pick up work in different cities across much of the United States if you’re traveling or relocating. I highly recommend Instawork to anyone looking for flexible work or a way to earn extra income. It gave me peace of mind during a difficult season, and I’m truly grateful for the opportunities it has provided.

Don’t work here low life’s welcome

Systematic racism is practiced and prejudice people are in charge. The jobs are never distributed fairly. If you are a favorite (favorite = asskisser) you can make a lot of money as long as you stay in with the in crowd. If you have no desire to be a comrade they will book you for a shift that no one wants about 1 time every two weeks. Meanwhile the favorites call off persistently and only pick up the shifts that pay the most. The people making this hell hole function are the low life losers of Chicago. If this platform didn’t exist the managers and supervisors would continue to be drug dealers and prostitutes as they were before. The only good thing I have to say about this app is it’s all American. It’s not like the rest of the temp agencies that only hire immigrants and that’s a plus minus the bs behind the scenes.

I have worked very hard for this app…

I have worked very hard for this app and my own reputation amongst employers. I have been nothing but cheated and disrespected. I am only doin this because I need food. And this job barely pays for me to eat, yet I am only working to feed me and loved ones. We can barely afford to eat from this job. The wear and tear on the family vehicle will eventually put us out of commission. Is this the great part or are you waiting until we work and starve ourselves to death? It costs me money to do this job winch barely feeds me.

Every shift I have worked I have worked…

Every shift I have worked I have worked with outstanding people. The process to book shifts is clear and easy to navigate. I recommend Instawork to everyone looking for work. It has helped me a great deal these last couples of months. Payment is reliable and on time.

I've only worked one shift that was not…

I've only worked one shift that was not at the ADESA Auto auction. I have been hoping to be offered more shifts working at merchandising roles that are longer shifts of 5 to 8 hours. But I haven't been receiving any, or they are booked before I can respond. I like the ADESA shift but it's only a few hours long and I need longer shifts more often to earn enough money to live.
