I've been a happy camper with IVYRX for amost a year.
I've been a customer of IVYRX for almost a year, and have been a happy camper. Sure small glitches may come up, and wonderful staff like Rosette are on it, and fix them within hours, not days, as what happens with other, cheaper companies some of my friends have been frustrated with.
They work until 1 a.m. just going by the times of the emails and texts I get- super expediting shipping time, and keeping me updated on when to expect my package. In 95-98 degree Florida, or frozen States in Winter, you want fast, temperature controlled delivery.
IVYRX is in the middle tier of the pricing, and in the top tier of service and reliability.
So, I looked at the Trustpilot and other ratings of the competitors, and it's clear that I'm gonna stick with IVYRX for the next year. My time, and health are worth staying with a winner, and not switching to one of the "competitors", who have too many complaints.

Great service, but gets very complicated in a hurry when your not a month to month customer and change to a maintenance plan. The software program they use just becomes confused and up to this point seems to be no work around… but they try their best… but gets very challenging to order and pause.
